The following comment was left at the bottom of a post titled: How Russia Is Preparing for WWIII. It offers an excellent description of the true purpose of the never-ending exportation of predatory democracy around the world by the USA (actually by the Zio-Anglo-American Axis).
SOTN frequently scans the comments on high integrity websites for their insights and observations. Some of these blogs and websites have regular commenters who could write the best op-ed pieces on the net, especially where it concerns the ever-changing dynamics on the global geopolitical chessboard.
The following comment is quite good in that it lays bare what SOTN has written about for years regarding the Fric & Frac of the ongoing cold phase of World War III—predatory democracy and disaster capitalism.

I hope most people understand now why the Anglo-Zionist Borg wants “democracy” everywhere:
1) because the Anglo-Zionist Borg has perfected such quasi-democratic method of control of the population over the last couple of hundred years, and
2) because its franchising model, that is its autonomous remote method of control of countries can be applied under the “Western model of democracy”.
Do they really need to occupy countries and then maintain extra expensive military garrisons in the occupied lands? Instead, they bring-down governments via Facebook and by channeling freshly printed greenbacks to potential local franchisees (for example, Ukranian Nazis)? The successful local franchisee then occupies his own country on behalf of the Borg and pays tribute/franchisee-fee to the Borg. There is usually a Borg’s representative somewhere, a viceroy, who smashes the local heads together if they waver from the path set by the AngloZionist Borg and threatens them with replacement at the next election.
One interesting aspect is that if some franchisee is replaced in power, that is a new political party replaces the previous party, the new franchisee is not allowed to put in jail the old franchisee, just like Obama did not let anyone touch George W. Bush. Therefore, the franchisees are guaranteed physical security, they can only lose power if they do not do the best job. In other words, once a non-pliant nationalistic government is violently replaced using a color revolution, the transition between servants is always smooth and non-violent. The previous party goes into opposition to be a threat to and to maintain the quality service by the new party (Compradorial group) now in power.
Ain’t the Western model of democracy grand? This model of franchised democratic power for the societal control is the most cost-effective method of occupation one ever invented. For the current level of human development, it is the only possible model for global control – the only way to create the first global empire in human history (forget about Roman Empire, it did not cover even all of Europe or Africa). With a center in Tel Aviv, through the hub of Washington, franchised democratic power model can rule all continents of the World.
I would admire this model as an achievement in social engineering, if the US was not pushed so catastrophically deep into debt to pay for this, which could collapse the Borg. If the Borg does not manage to bring down the governments of Russia and China soon, it could lose the reserve currency status for its fiat currency US$, used to finance these regime-changing wars and color revolutions. The Borg MUST apply this model to Russia and China as well, after dividing them into smaller more manageable chunky-democracies, or the Borg will not be able to survive itself and is likely to bow out in global nuclear fireworks.
