Congress, Senate, Executive,Legislative and Judicial Branches : “We The People” Act Legislation for Citizens control of Government Overreach

Excessive Government overreach through a multitude of non-Constitutional “Actions” , “Orders” and Legislations enacted by a Congress, Senate and Executive and Judicial Branches that have not only usurped the American peoples Constitutional and Legal Rights but have left our American Republic divided and angry . The perceived blatant disregard of “We The People” voices, by the very Representatives we elect has led to an immediate need for reform within the Congress, Senate and Executive and Judicial Branches.
“We The People” need our voices and votes returned to prominence and position within all Policy, Legislative and Legal Branches of our Government for control of gross political cronyism and greed that has, and is, destroying the Constitutional right of “We The People” for a common sense, moral Governance and Rule of Law .
“We The People” of this great American Nation demand proposed Legislation now by the “We The People” Act providing immediate organization of a Citizens Overreach/Policy Groups supervising within the Congress, Senate, House and with inclusion in all Executive, Legislative and Legal Branches. American Citizens Overreach/Policy Groups shall be bound by Oath to Moral Governance and Rule of Law through Constitutional guidance and shall be chosen by Jury Selection process and confirmed by their respective States House of Representatives.
These Citizens Overreach/Policy Groups express intent is to return a moral voice and Rule of Law to a Government that is creating division and oligarchy in our great Republic. These Citizen Overreach/Policy groups will replace Federal Government created Overreach/Policy groups as determined where needed as well as participate in Legislative process review and adoption. The experience the Citizens of the Overreach/Policy groups gain when creating Legislation through Constitutional guidance would be invaluable and would allow their eligibility for replacing Congressional, Senatorial and House of Representative member seats as they become available.
The “We The People” Act demands Citizen Action and Direct involvement including immediate Acts and Resolutions for proposed review and adoption of Constitutional Legislation to restore our National Sovereignty through Immigration , Monetary and Foreign and Domestic Policies. All proposed Acts or Resolutions to be implemented within time levels as the American people can accept such change. Strict Constitutional Congressional, Senatorial, Executive, Judicial shall be supervised with instruction by the Citizen Overreach/Policy groups for Policy Enactment through American Constitutional guidance :
a)Term Limits for all Judicial, Senatorial and House of Representative members be enacted retroactively to their Terms of office.
b)Immediate withdraw from the United Nations and Council on Foreign Relations to avoid conflicting Policies to our American Constitution. All NATO involvement to be reviewed before terminated including but not limited to funding.
c)Auditing of the Federal Reserve with public disclosure to reform or abolish as required
d) Abolish the IRS and the establishment of a Flat Use Tax of 3% on all goods.
e)Immediate halt to all Immigration and Visa Programs until a proper vetting system can be established including the possibility of Electronic Tracking Systems being implemented where Terrorist threats are of immediate concern.
f)Registration of all Foreign Foundations , Companies, Non Profit Agencies as Foreign Agents to help in protecting against Foreign influence of Electoral and Government processes.
g) Citizens with Dual Passports must Take an Oath to the United States of America as enacted within the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 and become a United States Citizen or surrender their Passports and return to their country of origin.
h)Congress along with the Citizen Moral Governance and Rule of Law Groups ,within , shall establish and maintain control of the all fiscal Policy including a return to “Coining” monies
I) Immediate Repeal and Reform of an antiquated UNFAIR Voting System of rules requiring 842 Super Delegates and Delegates which impedes the true voice of “We The People” creating Tyranny and Oligarchy through cronyism within the Election process. All National Election Voting shall return to vote “tallying” by the State Governments and not the Federal Government immediately.
j)Immediate abolishment and removal of the use of Corporate and Private “Lobby”(Lobbyists) within Federal and State Governments that has created corruption and unfair advantage within the Executive, Judicial , Legislative, Congressional and Senatorial Branches of State and Federal Governing bodies.
k)Investigation into abolishment of the NSA and the Dept. of Homeland Security Agencies while returning theses duties and functions of the FBI and cooperating Military and Civilian Agencies.
l) Abolishment of the Dept. Of Education and a return to State control of Educational Systems and Schools.
j)Review, revise and replace all Trade Pacts and Policies that have created unjust, unfair practices which have proven to be economically unsound and non Constitutional in action and practice creating Default, Insolvency and Societal despair for a large percentage of the American population. NAFTA repeal and Revision for the FAIR advantage under Constitutional guidance for the benefit of the American people.
Enacting the “We The People” Act as stated will in time and with unrelenting persistence take a giant step toward returning to a Constitutional moral Governance and Rule of Law by “We The People”.
“We the People” citizen voices can be chosen, as in Jury selection, tested, subject to Citizens Board Review and chosen in each State, 1 per State, by the States House of Representatives, 2 Citizens per year(1 as alternate).
