We have filed a federal lawsuit against the Governor Brown and Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom and California Legislature. Many of whom are major players in the gun grab legislation. We are going to be developing a website complete with all evidence that we have gathered including case law with federal decisions that California politicians love to ignore separate from the 31st Field Force website .this site will be reserved only for the lawsuit and evidence only. Watch for it soon. I will be developing a Facebook group We the People against the State of California soon.

We need this lawsuit to be sent to gun groups, California Militia Units, Patriots, 1st and 2nd Amendment rights groups—this needs to go nationwide so that the federal judge will be forced to order a jury trial and/or a state prosecutor will try this case. Unfortunately many of gun groups like NRA and Calif Rifle Pistol Association have refused to return my calls. Because the Militia is the bastard child that no one wants to hear from till they need us, please help me make this go viral. We need alternative news media to pick this up as well as newspapers.

President-elect Donald Trump will also be informed.
