Please don’t tell me not to gloat. I’ve lived through 8 years of an Obama presidency where he has called us racists, bigots, homophobes, haters, white privileged, sexists, neanderthals, gun-clingers and religious zealots.

Eight loooong years of ridicule. I despise this current president for the racial division he has caused, the hatred of the police and the wide open borders. I despise him for failing to recognize the threat of Islam and all that it brings with it. I despised the way he spoke down on all of those who disagreed with him. I despise his position on the killing of the unborn.

Tonight I feel my disgust was redeemed.

I’m sure Trump will handle this with class. Me, not so much. This election should empower all of us who felt this anger stand up and be counted. That’s exactly what we did tonight.

We have so much work to do to fix what Obama has done.

The revolution was real and was always there. It simply needed a leader to get it done. Say you want about Trump but he looks like a genius now.

We need to lift him up in prayer as he begins his work to reset our country on a better course.

Tonight was historic. Don’t take what just happened lightly. We won. We need to be gracious in victory but non apologetic. The country has spoken.

Praise be to God. We’ve been given another chance to make this country great again to His glory.
