Scandal after scandal implicating both Clinton and Trump in the
most reprehensible conduct indicate that both are “unqualified”
to be our next president.
Hillary has shown herself to be profoundly corrupt, a serial liar and

Trump was always the Supreme Showman and self-promoter who
thought he could talk his way into the White House. His latest dust-up
shows him competing with the two Bills—Clinton and Cosby—for who
is the biggest sexual predator in public life.
But my point is far more serious than reminding folks how flawed our
prospective next president is.
What I am attempting to express is that behind all the hype and celebrity
bling of the Main Stream Media pursuit of the trivial is the looming threat

A Lame Duck Obama seems vulnerable to the rogue actions of his Defense
Secretary, Ashton Carter, as well as the Neocons in the State Department
such as Victoria Nuland who are maneuvering him into the Syrian quagmire.
The CIA has its own agenda that further erodes what is left of presidential
authority while Congress tacitly allows for military escalation without their
formal approval of more boots on the ground in Iraq, Syria, Libya and elsewhere.
Virtually all of the US involvement violates international law underscoring that not
only is Congress impotent but that the UN has failed in its mission to avoid the
“the scourge of war” that was its reason for being creating after the last world war.
We are beyond the dangers of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the evils of the Cold
War making the corruption of our political leaders both a sideshow and a wake-up
call to voters should we somehow survive the current insanity.
Is WW III imminent? Has it already started? Will there even be an election?
Does it matter who wins considering that we may already be at war soon making
the election irrelevant? Is martial law on the way?
