This amazing essay from Michel Chossudovsky at Global Research
shows us clearly the source of our current problems: United States
policy of military intervention. http://www.globalresearch.ca/regime-change-in-the-u-s-proposal-from-a-concerned-citizen/5525280
It shows how Bush set in motion Cheney’s Long War that we remain
mired in 15 years after the 9/11 attacks.
When we view Obama’s conduct over the last 7+ years, we see
someone who followed through on the same approach.
Sadly, it anticipates that all of the current presidential candidates
will likewise continue American imperialism.
None of them has campaigned aggressively to put a halt to what
we have been doing for decades, especially since the end of the
Cold War.
Trump has paid lip-service to being against military intervention but
his selection of advisors in conjunction with his plans to make America
great again and strengthen the military implicitly undermine his rhetoric.
With folks like Gingrich, Christie, Bolton, Cheney and now Kissinger
advising him about foreign policy, the bait and switch sell-out of his
loyal supporters will soon follow.
Sanders seems to be antiwar but his public record—other than that
one vote against attacking Iraq—is not encouraging.
Hillary is the scariest of all three: a hawk who the Neocons are
flocking to because Trump has them frightened he might cut back on
their hegemonic activities.
The true anti-war candidates—Ron Paul, Jesse Ventura, Ralph
Nader, Pat Buchanan, Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, Cynthia McKinney—
are either not running, too old, sidelined by the current chaos or
too weak to garner enough support to challenge the status quo.
More wars, economic decline and the implementation of restrictions on
our liberties will naturally follow as a divided and distracted electorate
watches helplessly their twin party revolts lose out to the billionaire
backed elites.
The big question left before the conventions: will Bernie back Hillary
or finally distance himself from her? http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-05-17/a-small-group-of-superdelegates-could-close-the-deal-for-hillary-but-won-t
Hopefully, he will do that even though it is very late in the game
for our once great Republic. As Jim Kirwan and many others are
pointing out, the entire election process is suspect and bad times
including more war seems destined for our immediate future no
matter who wins. http://rense.com/general96/amfake2.html
Unless we see true regime change in America, the dark forces that
swirl behind the scenes with elaborate plans for world domination
are destined to triumph and leave us as slaves to their grand design.
