I have been a political activist for 45 years. My focus has
been on the excesses of the national security state and the
need to create a new political party to counter it.
Whether you label it the New World Order, the Deep State,
the Military-Industrial Complex, or The Huxwellian World of
2016 as I do, a careful review of the current landscape
demonstrates clearly that we are governed by a “power
elite” of corporate oligarchs and global bankers who
dominate the decision-making process through their
lobbyists, control of elected officials irrespective of party
affiliation, and ownership of the media and other means
of communication.
I have written endlessly about this dynamic and what, if
anything, can be done to transcend it. Even though I long
ago concluded that we have passed the tipping point into
tyranny, a decent regard for the opinions of others who
disagree, as well as the humility borne out of the possibility
(and hope) that I might be wrong, enticed me to soldier on.
