The Secret to Understanding Family Law Courts, Law Enforcement and Child Protective Services

“What you have to understand, John, is that sometimes there are forces and events too big, too powerful, with so much at stake for other people or institutions, that you cannot do anything about them, no matter how evil or wrong they are and no matter how dedicated or sincere you are or how much evidence you have. This is simply one of the hard facts of life you have to face.”
— Former CIA Director William Colby

This quote is from former CIA director and Cercle member William Colby giving advice to his friend, senator John DeCamp, urging him to quit his investigations into the Franklin child abuse affair and to write a book about his experiences (The Franklin Coverup, 2nd edition, foreword Second Edition: First printing, December 1996).

The following excerpt from the introduction of this New York Times article on William Colby sends a strong message to every other spymaster and spook not to reveal the nation’s darkest secrets … or else.

WASHINGTON, May 6, 1996— William E. Colby, who as Director of Central Intelligence chose to disclose some of the nation’s darkest secrets to save the spy service he loved, drowned on April 27 in a tributary of the Potomac River in Maryland. He was 76 and lived in the Georgetown section of Washington.

When Colby vanished in rough waters on a late-night, solo canoe trip in 1996, local sheriffs ruled out suicide before they even found his body. A lifetime of espionage meant Colby had enemies from Baltimore to Bali, and conspiracy theories about his death still circulate between Georgetown mansions and CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., today, despite an official ruling of accidental death.

The FRANKLIN SCANDAL will be the first commercially-published book to tell the tale of a power elite pedophile ring in the U.S. and also of the cover-up of its heinous crimes. Various news organizations have attempted to break aspects of this story, but the reports have either been ignored or mysteriously shelved. Major news agencies, including ABC, have backed away from pursuing this story; conversely, CBS abetted its cover-up. It’s obvious that very powerful people have a vested interest in safeguarding the secret.

And while I will agree that Fox 11 News Reporter Martin Burns and three former Georgia state senators, Nancy Schaefer (R), Bobby Franklin (R) and Robert Brown (D) and documentary maker, Bill Bowen were killed because they were about to “out” important child-raping politicians, but that isn’t the secret. [Appendix A]

After all, look at how many important people in positions of power all over the world who “On occasion, need to sexually abuse children,” are outed regularly because the FBI and MI5 failed to keep their names out of the media. Pedophiles in Politics: An Open Source Investigation[1]

There are four cases of abuse that need to be reconciled before we can understand why our legal, social and law enforcement systems fail to protect women and children from abuse, the real secret.

  1. Women who are being battered and physically abused but are unable to get a Judge to issue a permanent restraining order against a violent and abusive man. History of Battered Women’s Movement
  1. Women who lose custody to her husband or partner who has sexually molested their child. [Save Lexi Dillon][2]
  1. Women and families who lose custody to the foster care system.Your Child Is Not Safe from the Global Elite’s Child Sex Trafficking Rings
  1. Children whose parents are allowed to abuse them to death under the auspices of social services and law enforcement. [ 786 Abused Kids Died In Plain View Of Authorities: Report,  Boy’s alleged abuse described in graphic grand jury testimony]

Paedophilia and Child Sex Trafficking can explain 2 & 3 but not 1 or 4.[3]

Bribery and corruption appear to be a factor in 2 & 3, and they do exist, but they fall short when you consider the numerous cases where the man has no resources.[2]

“Gender bias” is often offered as an explanation when discussing 1 & 4 but is rejected because it’s too “simple” an explanation. But, is it?

Gender Bias

Although subtle in the West, it would be hard to argue that the gender gap (gender bias) does not affect women in politics, the media and the workplace . Women still lag behind men in every aspect of their careers.  Gender Bias and Its Impact on Education, Business, Politics and Society

Gender Biases in Child Welfare by Christina Risley-Curtiss and Kristin Heffernan supports the premise that gender biases are an important  factor in child protective services. The article explores how these biases are currently manifested in abuse to women and children and recommends changes in research, policy, and practice but does not discuss their origin.  Protecting Mothers Against Gender-Plus Bias: Part 2[4]

Conclusion

Part II of this exposé will delineate the much deeper causes of this profound and ongoing failure of the nation (particularly the county CPS) to protect its children.  It will also explore some of the philosophical and religious underpinnings which have supported and enabled the patriarchal society.  That such a good-ole-boy network could have a former director of the CIA so easily suicided stands as a testament to how entrenched child sexual abuse has become throughout every sphere of life.

William Colby’s premeditated murder will forever stand as a graphic illustration of how the world is run from behind the scenes.  The explosive disclosures regarding the Franklin Scandal continue to reverberate within the corridors of power worldwide.  Whether those highly damaging revelations about systematic child sexual abuse occurring in the highest offices of the land were strategically leaked remains to be seen.  In the meantime there is no question that the very real threat of additional leaks have kept many a politician in check.

There are many government officials who have wanted to leave the reservation over the past few decades.  Beginning with John F. Kennedy, it was quickly seen that the MO of personal destruction would be used relentlessly, especially by using allegations — both true and false — of sexual depravity or sex crimes.  Once they determined how effective accusations of child sexual abuse would be in thoroughly destroying reputations, they have never wavered in the employment of that strategy.  Former CIA Director William Colby, quite unfortunately, found that out in the worst way.

Footnotes

[1] As 2015 begins, high-profile cases involving accusations of pedophilia in the highest ranks of political power are making headlines on both sides of the Atlantic.

MPs Caught in Pedophile Network The first case involves the exposure of five VIP pedophile rings operating in Britain in the 1970s and 80s that have been researched in a dossier compiled by John Mann, an MP for Bassetlaw in the Midlands, which was then submitted to the London Metropolitan Police for further investigation. These five rings all included at least one current or former member of parliament, with a total of 24 politicians having been identified in Mann’s dossier. Six of those 24 are currently serving members of the UK government, including three MPs and three members of the House of Lords. As an MP himself, Mann enjoys parliamentary privilege to name the accused politicians in the House of Commons but has said he will not do so because he believes the accusations should be investigated by police first.

[2] In case after case during the custody trials the system display an egregious arrogance in refusing to allow any evidence or testimony that would keep the children from harm. What you have is a social service, family court, law enforcement and district attorneys all cooperating to protect a man, in the Ruby Dillon case, who the Orange County Sheriff’s Department had already concluded is guilty. If bribery and corruption were true then the system would never allow a Ruby’s high profile case to reach the media, because it would be bad for business.

Have you thought about Ruby case in the context of the world we live in? The media attention surrounding Ruby’s attempt to get her daughter back was and still is formidable. You have to ask yourself this question. Do we have a legal system that is actually about justice? If you are in Jail you are either a loser or innocent. Is it possible, police, prosecutors, minors counsels, counselors and custody evaluators, county counsels and social service employees would jeopardize the payoffs, their reputation and jobs to protect an innocent child molester?

No the reality of our “justice” system is that innocent people are thrown under the bus every day for the most trivial reasons. Mathew’s case is even more incredible because he has fled the country and made it clear he doesn’t even want custody.
California Family Courts Helping Pedophiles, Batterers Get Child Custody

[3] Although it is hard to get your head around a legal, law enforcement and child protective system that is populated by paedophiles, unfortunately there is no other explanation for the way these cases are handled. When a child is taken away from a responsible parent and given to the abuser/paedophile in public a message is being sent to both the parents of children who are abused and the abuser.

Henceforth, it appears that anyone can find themselves in the Ruby Dillon situation.

[4] Psychohistory is “the science of historical motivation,” (i.e. the study of psychology and history) and the principle of methodological individualism (Broadbeck; Danto; Mandelbaum). Methodological individualism is the theory that “the ultimate constituents of the social world are individual people. Every complex situation, institution, or event is the result of a particular configuration and the interactions of groups – nations, political parties, gangs or tribes of individuals, their dispositions and beliefs, and physical resources and environments” (Danto, 267).

Appendix A

Nancy Schaefer was the Georgia State Senator who lost her senate seat for speaking out about the corrupt business of child protective services. Her published report, The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services, was the basis for many lectures and interviews she gave on the topic. When asked if speaking out against Child Protective Services was worth losing her seat in the Georgia State Senate, she stated: “there are causes worth losing over.”

Most Georgians, and of course Americans, are unaware that the metro Atlanta area has been nationally ranked as the largest center in the country for child sex trafficking. Most are also unaware that Senator Schaefer was a national leader in the fight against related child abuse and perversion in government-run, Child Protective Services (CPS). Four years ago the GBI was repeatedly informed that Nancy was wrapping up a video documentary, a possible book and other supporting references on the subject. She told friends that this work would expose corruption in Georgia’s Department of Family and Child Services (DFACS) and that several high profile, powerful Georgia politicians would be implicated. These people would have the means and incentive to prevent her work from being produced. While the GBI documented case inquiries from the general public there is no documentation of the inquiries received from government officials … and then Senator Nancy Schaefer, along with her husband, were murdered. Brian Shilvay from Health Impact News, makes a compelling argument that she was murdered because of her fight Against CPS Child Kidnapping.

Martin Burns was a Fox 11 investigative news reporter and courageous advocate journalist who campaigned mightily for the protection of vulnerable children, especially those caught within the Child Protection System. “He was the sort of man that restored our faith in humanity with his brand of investigative journalism and was known for its fearlessness and ferocity. He left no stone unturned in his quest to know what was really happening to children who wound up in the custody of Child Protective Services.

In 2013 Burns was looking for insiders, whistle-blowers and others with information – pro or con – about DCFS and the Family and Dependency courts, when on August 25, while out hiking in the Angeles National Forest, he suddenly died. The official autopsy report has been deferred for toxicology results. Early media statements attributed cause of death to a fall caused by a possible heart attack. At time of writing, the LA County Homicide Department deemed it unnecessary to investigate. Some parents and child advocates fear the police are unaware of links between Burns’ death and those of others who worked in a similar arena.

His death has been added to a growing list of prominent child justice campaigners who all died just ahead of a planned release of either, a documentary containing highly sensitive information, or a bid for new legislation to contain child trafficking and abuse.

Martin’s death is a terrible blow to the millions of people who are suffering in the family court system that he gave voice to in his Lost in the System series.”

All the evidence indicates that award-winning Fox journalist Martin Burns was killed because of how aggressively he was pursuing various institutional child abuse claims. Martin was working with powerful people in government and Hollywood to bring to light a very serious and ongoing problem … over decades of rampant child abuse that has curiously avoided exposure. There is no question that Martin Burn’s last project promised to be a HUGE turning point. He had fastidiously put all the pieces in place so that unprecedented revelations would be made in a highly authoritative fashion. The real enablers within and outside of the Child Protective Services system were under threat like no other time.

Martin Burns, it is believed, discovered the answer that is hidden from most public scrutiny, “On occasion, important political figures need to f**k kids. Unfortunately, keeping the names of child raping politicians secret is one of the FBI’s most important jobs.”

But Burns, like three former Georgia state senators, Nancy Schaefer (R), Bobby Franklin (R) and Robert Brown (D) and documentary maker, Bill Bowen never got the chance to tell the public the hidden secret. Martin like Nancy, Bobby, Robert and Bill died before they could reveal the secret.
