That’s a very good question … but one that is easily answered
SOTN Editor’s Note: What follows is the short answer to this question.
As long as the highly determined Kurds were allowed to believe
they could establish an independent state they call Kurdistan
on Syrian territory, Israel could easily manipulate the Kurdish
leadership to do their bidding which they have done for years.
The Turkish invasion, which was blessed by the Trump, Putin,
Tehran and secretly by the Assad government, has pushed the
Kurds back into the Syrian camp where they belong. President
Assad has always taken good care of the Kurds, as he has all of
the various sects and disparate groups that peacefully co-existed
in Syria over many decades. The following articles provide an
excellent understanding and historical background as to how
Assad pulled off such an extraordinary feat.

With Turkey now controlling their border areas, the Kurds
can make much less mischief on behalf of their erstwhile Israeli
overlords which only occurred because the desperate Kurds are
always living under existential threats. Their quixotic claim
to territory in Syria, Turkey, Iran and Iraq makes them quite
vulnerable to all sorts of machinations and manipulations,
especially by the warmongers in Tel Aviv whose primary agenda
is the expeditious completion of the Greater Israel project.
As for Trump, Putin, Erdogan, et al., it’s fair to say that it was —
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED — and quite successfully so with
very few catching on to the sting executed against Israel and
the Neocon Zionists inside the Beltway.
