I think Trump has been drugged with a sophisticated CIA drug, which makes him easier to be handled and easily manipulated. The lights are on but no one is home. If he has been drugged the drug lasts 3 months at a time. It is said that only his wife would notice any differences.
Maybe that is why he is also going on this fool’s errand to the UK where he will most likely be assassinated, or least there will be multiple attempts to do so. Deep State has been in the EU for weeks now, setting up all the traps.
