Covert Geopolitics
Never in the entire history of the CIA had it exposed itself in this way. But after exposing Flynn of talking to the Russian ambassador, which is not a crime by itself as proven by an FBI investigation [here], the agency also admitted to having withheld vital information to the president as a way of insulting him,
… which happens to be bordering on treason, if only we have a fully functioning republic in the United States.
This is all on top of the half-baked “Russian hacking” leaks during the election campaign last year.
What this means is: the CIA has proven to be a separate entity all by itself, which traces its existence all the way to the Vatican at the end of the Second World War, as “conspiracy theorists” have long suggested.
The agency is at the core of the Deep State, where the offsprings of the elite families of the West decide, in real time, the fate of the people and their leaderships, beyond any form of oversight and accountability.
As expected, these Khazarian conscripts are battling it out against the civilian Trump government, which is reportedly hiring the services of some private mercenary groups to counter the hybrid offensives from the long established Intelligence Community (CIA, NSA, NRO, FBI, etc.).
Is the NSA the real president of the United States? | Jon Rappoport
The US intelligence community continues its war to kick Donald Trump to the curb and destroy his presidency.
Obviously, the NSA, the CIA, and their silent partners want to continue to run this country.
…Breitbart: “William Binney, a former highly placed NSA official turned whistleblower, contended in an exclusive interview today that the National Security Agency (NSA) is ‘absolutely’ monitoring the phone calls of President Donald Trump.”
“Binney was an architect of the NSA’s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001 after spending more than 30 years with the agency.”
“Asked whether he believes the NSA is tapping Trump, Binney replied: ‘Absolutely. How did they get the phone call between the president and the president of Australia? Or the one that he made with Mexico? Those are not targeted foreigners’.”
“Binney further contended the NSA may have been behind a data leak that might have revealed that Michael Flynn, Trump’s national security adviser, allegedly misled Vice President Mike Pence and other Trump administration officials about the contents of his phone calls with Russia’s ambassador to Washington.”
“Regarding Flynn’s case, Binney stated of the NSA”:
“‘If they weren’t behind it, they certainly had the data. Now the difference here is that FBI and CIA have direct access inside the NSA databases. So, they may be able to go directly in there and see that material there. And NSA doesn’t monitor that. They don’t even monitor their own people going into databases’.”
“So, they don’t monitor what CIA and FBI do. And there’s no oversight or attempted oversight by any of the committees or even the FISA court. So, any way you look at it, ultimately the NSA is responsible because they are doing the collection on everybody inside the United States. Phone calls. Emails. All of that stuff’.”
“Utilizing data provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden, the Guardian and Washington Post in June 2013 released a series of articles reporting that the NSA was collecting the telephone records of millions of Americans.”
“…’they [the NSA, Binney said]] are given too much money anyway. When they are given too much money, they get to do wild and crazy things. And this is wild and crazy. Violations of the Constitution’s 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments’.”
Near the closing of the Obama regime, a bill was passed versus Russian propaganda, which is actually an anti-Trump attack all the same. The various agencies listed in that bill constitute the very composition of the IC that the incumbent president Trump is now fighting against.
- US House Bill 6393 Passed to Counter Russian “Fake News” & its “Repeaters”
- Obama Signs Portman-Murphy Kill Alt-Media Bill into Law Under X’mas Cover
Considering the pervasive clout of the Deep State, as partially shown above, it’s only fitting that its leading agency, i.e. CIA, must be exposed for what it has been doing to America, and even against the supposed friendly allies across the Atlantic.
Wikileaks reports,
CIA espionage orders for the last French presidential election
16 February, 2017
All major French political parties were targeted for infiltration by the CIA’s human (“HUMINT”) and electronic (“SIGINT”) spies in the seven months leading up to France’s 2012 presidential election. The revelations are contained within three CIA tasking orders published today by WikiLeaks as context for its forth coming CIA Vault 7 series. Named specifically as targets are the French Socialist Party (PS), the National Front (FN) and Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) together with current President Francois Hollande, then President Nicolas Sarkozy, current round one presidential front runner Marine Le Pen, and former presidential candidates Martine Aubry and Dominique Strauss-Khan.
The CIA assessed that President Sarkozy’s party was not assured re-election. Specific tasking concerning his party included obtaining the “Strategic Election Plans” of the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP); schisms or alliances developing in the UMP elite; private UMP reactions to Sarkozy’s campaign strategies; discussions within the UMP on any “perceived vulnerabilities to maintaining power” after the election; efforts to change the party’s ideological mission; and discussions about Sarkozy’s support for the UMP and “the value he places on the continuation of the party’s dominance”. Specific instructions tasked CIA officers to discover Sarkozy’s private deliberations “on the other candidates” as well as how he interacted with his advisors. Sarkozy’s earlier self-identification as “Sarkozy the American” did not protect him from US espionage in the 2012 election or during his presidency.
The espionage order for “Non Ruling Political Parties and Candidates Strategic Election Plans” which targeted Francois Holland, Marine Le Pen and other opposition figures requires obtaining opposition parties’ strategies for the election; information on internal party dynamics and rising leaders; efforts to influence and implement political decisions; support from local government officials, government elites or business elites; views of the United States; efforts to reach out to other countries, including Germany, U.K., Libya, Israel, Palestine, Syria & Cote d’Ivoire; as well as information about party and candidate funding.
Significantly, two CIA opposition espionage tasks, “What policies do they promote to help boost France’s economic growth prospects?” and “What are their opinions on the German model of export-led growth?” resonate with a U.S. economic espionage order from the same year. That order requires obtaining details of every prospective French export contract or deal valued at $200m or more.
The opposition espionage order also places weight on obtaining the candidates’ attitudes to the E.U’s economic crisis, centering around their position on the Greek debt crisis; the role of France and Germany in the management of the Greek debt crisis; the vulnerability of French government and French banks to a Greek default; and “specific proposals and recommendations” to deal with “the euro-zone crisis”.
The CIA espionage orders published today are classified and restricted to U.S. eyes only (“NOFORN”) due to “Friends-on-Friends sensitivities”. The orders state that the collected information is to “support” the activities of the CIA, the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA)’s E.U section, and the U.S. State Department’s Intelligence and Research Branch.
The CIA operation ran for ten months from 21 Nov 2011 to 29 Sep 2012, crossing the April-May 2012 French presidential election and several months into the formation of the new government.
This is just a prelude for many Wikileaks’ Vault 7 publications for this year.
