\nJust heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Wendy Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.<\/p>\n

The \u201cPakistani Mystery Man\u201d is Imran Awan, who worked as Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz\u2019s email server administrator in the House of Representatives. Nearly his entire family then joined the payroll of other Democrats, until they worked for 1 in 5 House Democrats and had \u2014 as the House inspector general called it \u2014 the \u2018keys to the kingdom<\/a>\u2018 and ability to access any file.<\/p>\n
1. Imran worked for Debbie Wasserman Schultz since 2004 and had the passwords to her devices<\/strong><\/p>\n
A\u00a0search of his name on WikiLeaks<\/a>\u00a0shows the DNC summoned Imran when they needed her device unlocked.<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n2.<\/strong>\u00a0During the 2016 election, the House\u2019s\u00a0Office of Inspector General warned that Imran and his family were making \u201cunauthorized access\u201d to data<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
A September 30, 2016, presentation alleged\u00a0Imran Awan and his family members were logging into the servers of members who had previously fired him, funneling data off the network, and that evidence \u201csuggests steps are being taken to conceal their activity.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Awan group\u2019s behavior mirrored a \u201cclassic method for insiders to exfiltrate data from an organization,\u201d the briefing materials allege. The presentation especially found problems on one server: that of the House Democratic Caucus, an entity similar to the DNC that was chaired at the time by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra.<\/p>\n
3. The Awan group was left on the House computer network until February 2, 2017 \u2014 days after Donald Trump\u2019s inauguration<\/strong><\/p>\n
Police then banned the Awan group from the network. The Committee on House Administration\u00a0put out a statement<\/a>\u00a0saying \u201cHouse Officials became aware of suspicious activity and alleged theft committed by certain House IT support staff.\u201d Since then, no official body has ever publicly provided any information about the case. But the IG report, obtained by TheDCNF, shows that theft was not the primary issue being warned about.<\/p>\n
4.\u00a0Shortly after the IG report came out in September 2016, the Caucus server<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 identified as prime evidence in the cybersecurity case \u2014physically disappeared<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
Authorities took the disappearance as evidence tampering, they said. Becerra said he won\u2019t discuss the incident because of an ongoing criminal investigation.<\/p>\n
5. Wasserman Schultz declined to fire Imran despite knowing he was suspected of cyber-security violations, even though she had just lost her job as DNC chair after its anemic handling of its data breach<\/strong><\/p>\n
Her office claimed Imran could work on \u201cwebsites and printers\u201d without accessing the network. Watchdog group FACT has filed an ethics complaint saying this was impossible, and a cybersecurity publication called the judgment\u00a0negligent<\/a>.<\/p>\n
6. After Imran was banned from the network,\u00a0he left a laptop with the username\u00a0RepDWS\u00a0in a phone booth<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
along with a letter to prosecutors and a copy of his ID. Capitol Police found the laptop at midnight and seized it because they recognized Imran as a criminal suspect. Wasserman Schultz still didn\u2019t fire Imran. Instead, she\u00a0threatened Capitol Police Chief Matthew R. Verderosa with \u201cconsequences\u201d<\/a>\u00a0if he didn\u2019t give it back, implying it was \u201ca member\u2019s laptop.\u201d The police chief refused.<\/p>\n
She hired a lawyer to\u00a0block prosecutors<\/a>\u00a0from examining the laptop, then later said, \u201cThis was\u00a0not my laptop.<\/a>\u00a0I have never seen that laptop.\u201d Imran\u2019s lawyer then said he\u00a0\u201cvery strongly\u201d believes the laptop cannot be examined because of \u201cattorney-client privilege<\/a>.\u201d Imran left a note with that phrase near the backpack.<\/p>\n
7. The FBI began surveiling the family but let Imran\u2019s wife, Hina Alvi, leave the country\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
She flew to Pakistan with cardboard boxes of possessions, FBI agents said in an affidavit. They approached her at the airport, but she refused to talk to them. They found $12,000 in cash but let her board anyway, writing they do \u201cnot believe that Alvi has any intention to return to the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n
8. Prosecutors arrested Imran at the airport after he began liquidating assets<\/strong><\/p>\n
Imran and his wife had wired $300,000 to Pakistan after allegedly both cashing out a federal retirement account and taking a second mortgage under allegedly false pretenses. The FBI arrested Imran at the airport, and he was charged with bank fraud. Democrats have claimed the case is therefore about bank fraud, but prosecutors imply in court papers the bank fraud occurred because The Awans learned they were under investigation for other activities. \u201cBased on the suspicious timing of that transaction, Awan and Alvi likely knew they were under investigation\u00a0at that time<\/a>,\u201d prosecutors wrote of the money moves.<\/p>\n
Imran\u2019s lawyer is a former aide to Bill and Hillary Clinton, and Wasserman Schultz\u2019s brother is an attorney at the same prosecutor\u2019s office that is handling the case, the US Attorney for the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n
9.\u00a0A former business partner of Imran\u2019s father says the father\u00a0handed over USBs of data to a Pakistani official<\/a>\u00a0and that Imran claimed he power to \u2018change the US president\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n
The FBI never interviewed the business partner. TheDCNF traveled in Pakistan where numerous locals alleged that Imran traveled that country with an entourage of Pakistani government agents, and routinely boasted about mysterious political influence.<\/p>\n
10.\u00a0Nearly Imran\u2019s entire family was on the House payroll at high salaries, despite most of them having no training in IT \u2014 Democrats failed to vet them<\/strong><\/p>\n
All 44 of their House employers\u00a0exempted them from background checks<\/a>despite the House policy encouraging checks.<\/p>\n
Among the red flags in Imran\u2019s brother\u2019s\u00a0Abid\u2019s background were\u00a0a $1.1 million\u00a0bankruptcy<\/a>; six\u00a0lawsuits<\/a>\u00a0against him or a company he owned; and at least three misdemeanor convictions.<\/p>\n
11.\u00a0House Dems Hired A Fired McDonald\u2019s Worker As E-mail Administrator<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
Rao Abbas was added to Reps. Emanuel Cleaver and Ted Deutch\u2019s payroll shortly after court paperwork showed Abid owed him money.<\/p>\n
12. Money from an Iraqi political figure<\/strong><\/p>\n
Imran and Abid operated a car dealership referred to as CIA that took $100,000 from an\u00a0Iraqi government<\/a>\u00a0official who is a fugitive from U.S. authorities, according to a business partner\u2019s testimony in a civil lawsuit.<\/p>\n
After Imran was banned from the House network, an email address that belonged to him,\u00a0123@mail.house.gov<\/a>, appeared to still be active and invoked the name of a \u201cnational security and foreign affairs\u201d specialist for Rep. Andre Carson, an intelligence committee member.<\/p>\n
13<\/strong>.\u00a0The cybersecurity investigation started after allegedly falsified invoices caught administrators\u2019 attention, and the\u00a0Awans\u2019 lawyers blamed members.<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
No one has been charged for \u201cunauthorized access\u201d or falsified invoices, and Imran\u2019s court date has been postponed five times. It is now scheduled for May 4, 2018.<\/p>\n
14.\u00a0The Awans\u2019\u00a0relatives, colleagues and tenants say they would \u2018do anything for money\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n
Their own stepmother alleges they\u00a0wiretapped, extorted her and held her captive<\/a>.<\/p>\n
15.\u00a0Imran\u2019s own wife, Hina Alvi, filed a lawsuit in Pakistan in September 2017 alleging he controlled Hina with violent threats<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
Wasserman Schultz said police might be Islamophobic, but\u00a0<\/strong>Imran was the subject of repeated calls to police by\u00a0multiple Muslim<\/a>\u00a0women<\/a>.<\/p>\n
