Clinton Foundation HIV\/Aids Initiative &#8211; PNG&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; which took place<\/li>\n<li>between 21 August 2006 and\u00a010:03AM on 24 August 2006 &#8211; at<\/li>\n<li>Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Offenders Ruby\u00a0<strong>SHANG<\/strong>\u00a0and Bill\u00a0<strong>CLINTON and certain PNG officials<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>FOURTH OFFENCE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The $10M financial advantage dishonestly obtained by deception<\/li>\n<li>between\u00a01 April 2008 and 25 September 2008, at<\/li>\n<li>Washington DC, New York NY and Canberra Australia, involving\u00a0an MOU between\n<ul>\n<li>the Australian Government,<\/li>\n<li>the &#8220;<strong>Clinton Climate Initiative<\/strong>&#8221; and<\/li>\n<li>the purported &#8220;<strong>Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute Inc<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Offenders Kevin Michael\u00a0<strong>RUDD<\/strong>, Bill\u00a0<strong>CLINTON<\/strong>, Hillary\u00a0<strong>CLINTON<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>FIFTH OFFENCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The $14M financial advantage dishonestly obtained by deception\n<ul>\n<li>during September 2012 at<\/li>\n<li>Canberra Australia and New York NY, involving the award of<\/li>\n<li>a contract to the Clinton Foundation to design and build a carbon accounting scheme in Kenya<\/li>\n<li>on behalf of\u00a0The Australian Government; and<\/li>\n<li>certain financial advantages obtained by Julia\u00a0<strong>GILLARD<\/strong>\u00a0as a result of the corrupt payments made under the purported contract, commonly known as the Clinton Foundation &#8220;Pay to Play&#8221; scheme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Offenders Julie Eileen\u00a0<strong>GILLARD<\/strong>, then US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham<strong>CLINTON<\/strong>\u00a0and Greg\u00a0<strong>COMBET<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>SIXTH OFFENCE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The $88M financial advantage dishonestly obtained by deception\n<ul>\n<li>on 22 September 2014 at<\/li>\n<li>New York NY, involving<\/li>\n<li>a MOU between the Australian Government and certain Clinton Foundation entities<\/li>\n<li>which purported to retrospectively erase the &#8220;<strong>Clinton HIV\/Aids Initiative Inc<\/strong>&#8221; (<strong>CHAI<\/strong>) as a contracting party with the Australian Government, and replace it with<\/li>\n<li>the &#8220;<strong>Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc<\/strong>&#8221; (<strong>CHAI<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Offenders &#8211; Julie\u00a0<strong>BISHOP<\/strong>\u00a0and Bill\u00a0<strong>CLINTON<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am also preparing to file a private criminal prosecution of\u00a0<strong>GILLARD<\/strong>\u00a0in an Australian court along with formal advice to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions regarding the charges\u00a0<strong>GILLARD<\/strong>\u00a0will face.<\/p>\n<p>___<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.michaelsmithnews.com\/2018\/01\/formal-complaints-to-the-fbi-regarding-suspect-australian-taxpayer-donations-to-the-clinton-foundati.html\">http:\/\/www.michaelsmithnews.com\/2018\/01\/formal-complaints-to-the-fbi-regarding-suspect-australian-taxpayer-donations-to-the-clinton-foundati.html<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael Smith News You will be aware that criminal investigations involving the Clinton Foundation are now underway in the United States.
