Many say that memes like the one above were used throughout social media in the 2016 presidential election and were quite effective in rapidly disseminating anti-Hillary messages to the minds of the undecided.\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Memes offer an opportunity to enter into the hotly contested battlefields inside the minds of our enemies and particularly inside the minds of the undecided.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Meme Warfare<\/a><\/h1>\n

Thanks to our Conclave members, we have this gem from the\u00a0U.S. Marine Corp that shows the 2005-06 plan of using memes as a tactical weapon<\/a>\u00a0in propaganda wars.<\/p>\n

As the report states,\u00a0\u201cMemes influence ideas, ideas influence and form beliefs. Beliefs generate and influence political positions combined with feelings and emotions, eventually producing actions, which inform and influence behavior. Using this logic progression, any attack upon an ideology must consider an assault on a central or transcendent \u2018idea\u2019 or group of ideas as means of achieving success. Memes as ideas are then \u2018in play\u2019 as tools (or means) to attack ideologies.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

According to U.S. defense documents, memes can be used to win wars and influence the general population. The U.S. military are able to\u00a0weaponize and diffuse memes in order to \u201cdefeat an enemy ideology and win over the masses<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prosser\u2019s paper proposes the creation of a \u201cMeme Warfare Center\u201d that will be tasked with advising the President on meme generation, transmission, and a detailed analysis on enemy, friendly and noncombatant populations.<\/p>\n

Armed with the \u2018Impact\u201d font, a great picture, and a social network, patriots around the country used meme warfare against Hillary Clinton and the establishment in the 2016 election. The videos and articles below highlight some of the techniques and tactics that were used then, and which can continue to be used as we expose Deep State corruption and cronyism.<\/p>\n
