The threshold for this rating is 165. The climate engineers will continue to use\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.geoengineeringwatch.org\/the-engineered-winter-deception-chemical-ice-nucleation\/\">patented chemical ice nucleation processes<\/a>\u00a0to fuel ever more extreme\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.geoengineeringwatch.org\/geoengineering-winter-weather-whiplash-with-patented-climate-engineering-processes\/\">weather whiplash scenarios<\/a>.
