Evidence of the scheme was in the hands of the FBI an entire year before the Obama administration approved the sale of Uranium One to Russia\u2019s state-owned Energy giant, Rosatom \u2013 which has since\u00a0<strong>been\u00a0exporting \u2018yellowcake\u2019 uranium to Canada, Europe and elsewhere\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/national-security\/358339-uranium-one-deal-led-to-some-exports-to-europe-memos-show\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via a Kentuky\u00a0trucking firm<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/11\/c5fbed2f-575a-41bb-886e-f26700d43255-2060x1236-2.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/11\/c5fbed2f-575a-41bb-886e-f26700d43255-2060x1236-2-300x180.jpeg\" width=\"225\" height=\"135\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Based on what the FBI knew \u2013 including evidence which purportedly includes a video of Russians preparing\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/2017\/11\/17\/fbi-informant-has-video-of-russian-agents-with-briefcases-of-bribe-money-in-clinton-uranium-scandal\/#sthash.EqaqDfLP.dpbs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">briefcases of bribe money<\/a><\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>the deal never should have gone through.\u00a0<\/strong>Moreover, both Robert Mueller and current deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were directly involved \u2013 and current Attorney General Jeff Sessions and other Justice Department officials appear to be covering for them.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Mueller\u2019s FBI knew\u2026<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Key among the troubling revelations from\u00a0The Hill\u00a0is\u00a0the undercover informant\u2019s claim that\u00a0<strong>Obama\u2019s FBI, headed at the time by director\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/08\/landscape-1501789989-mueller.jpg\">Robert Mueller<\/a>,\u00a0knew that \u201cRussian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President\u00a0Bill Clinton\u2019s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State\u00a0Hillary Clinton\u00a0served on a government body\u00a0that provided a favorable decision to Moscow<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0\u2013 a deal which would eventually grant the Kremlin control over\u00a0<strong>20 percent of America\u2019s uranium supply<\/strong>,\u00a0as detailed by author Peter Schweitzer\u2019s book\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Clinton-Cash-Foreign-Governments-Businesses\/dp\/0062369296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Clinton Cash<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/04\/24\/us\/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Times<\/a>\u00a0in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI mole\u00a0also gathered extensive evidence that\u00a0<strong>Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm, Transport Logistics International (TLI) in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 engaging in a scheme of bribes and kickbacks involving the company which would have\u00a0transported the U.S. uranium sold to Russia in the \u201920 percent\u2019 deal.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"quote_start\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quote_end\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns.\u00a0And\u00a0none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions<\/strong>,\u201d a person who worked on the case told The Hill, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retribution by U.S. or Russian officials.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>\u2013<a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/policy\/national-security\/355749-fbi-uncovered-russian-bribery-plot-before-obama-administration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Hill<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In short,\u00a0<strong>the FBI had ample evidence of the Russian plot\u00a0before\u00a0the Obama administration approved the Uranium One deal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Iron-Clad Gag Order Lifted<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>The FBI informant \u2013 outed five days ago as energy consultant William Campbell\u00a0-was \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2017\/10\/19\/grassley-wants-gag-order-lifted-for-fbi-informant-allegedly-threatened-by-obama-doj.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">threatened<\/a>\u201d by Obama admin AG Loretta Lynch to keep quiet, according to his attorney \u2013 former Reagan Justice Dept. official and former Chief Counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee Victoria Toensing. After Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-VA) demanded Campbell be allowed to testify in front of Congress, the gag order was lifted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sessions And The DOJ are running Interference<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/02\/jeff-sessions-feature-hero-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/02\/jeff-sessions-feature-hero-2-300x200.jpg\" width=\"227\" height=\"151\" \/><\/a>In a move which can only be interpreted as an effort to protect the\u00a0FBI, the Obama administration and the Clintons,\u00a0<strong>AG Jeff Sessions and several Justice Dept. officials have been casting\u00a0doubt on the value of Campbell\u2019s\u00a0evidence, along with the need for a Special Counsel to investigate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Via John Solomon of\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/administration\/361276-fbi-informant-gathered-years-of-evidence-on-russian-push-for-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Hill<\/a>:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"quote_start\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quote_end\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cboth Attorney General\u00a0Jeff Sessions\u00a0in testimony last week and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in a letter to the Senate last month\u00a0tried to suggest there was no connection between Uranium One and the nuclear bribery case.Their argument was that the criminal charges weren\u2019t filed until 2014, while the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approval of the Uranium One sale occurred in October 2010.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>This is, allegedly, a lie which has rubbed several Congressional republicans the wrong way:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"quote_start\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quote_end\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Attorney General Sessions seemed to say that the bribery, racketeering and money laundering offenses involving Tenex\u2019s Vadim Mikerin occurred after the approval of the Uranium One deal by the Obama administration. But we know that the FBI\u2019s confidential informant was actively compiling incriminating evidence as far back as 2009<\/strong>,\u201d\u00a0Rep. Ron DeSantis, (R-Fla.) told The Hill.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is\u00a0<strong>hard to fathom how such a transaction could have been approved without the existence of the underlying corruption being disclosed<\/strong>.\u00a0I hope AG Sessions gets briefed about the CI and gives the Uranium One case the scrutiny it deserves,\u201d added DeSantis, whose House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittees is one of the investigating panels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a similar rebuke last week to Rosenstein, saying the deputy attorney general\u2019s first response to the committee \u201clargely missed the point\u201d of the congressional investigations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe essential question is whether the Obama Justice Department provided notice of the criminal activity of certain officials before the CFIUS approval of the Uranium One deal and other government decisions that enabled the Russians to trade nuclear materials in the U.S<\/strong>,\u201d\u00a0Grassley scolded.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/11\/531.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ibankcoin.com\/zeropointnow\/files\/2017\/11\/531-300x169.jpg\" width=\"182\" height=\"132\" \/><\/a>Meanwhile,<\/strong>\u00a0John Solomon and journalist Sara Carter\u00a0<strong>have copies of the FBI informant\u2019s evidence<\/strong>, and Carter just annihilated\u00a0the DOJ in an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/saraacarter.com\/2017\/11\/21\/treasure-trove-of-documents-tying-russia-to-uranium-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">explosive report<\/a>\u00a0laying out the players, the timeline, and the evidence at hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBy the time the sale of Uranium One was approved by the Obama Administration, the FBI\u2019s investigators had already gathered substantial evidence and the bureau was also aware of Russia\u2019s intentions to enter the U.S. energy market and its desire to purchase a stake in American uranium,<\/strong>\u201d Carter writes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FBI mole William Campbell was a highly valued FBI asset &#8211; paid $51,000 by FBI officials at a celebration dinner in Chrystal City, VA, where Campbell&#8217;s attorney says they thanked him for his service.<\/li>\n<li>Campbell\u00a0<strong>was required by the Russians, under threat, to launder large sums of money &#8211;\u00a0which allowed the FBI to uncover a\u00a0massive Russian &#8220;nuclear money laundering apparatus<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>Campbell collected over 5,000 documents and briefs over a six year period<\/li>\n<li>Campbell uncovered a Russian plot to penetrate the Obama administration and gain approval for the Uranium One sale, including a 2010 email which describes\u00a0&#8220;<strong>Russia&#8217;s intent on expanding\u00a0its Uranium\u00a0expansion in the United States.&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"quote_start\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quote_end\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><em>\u201cThe attached article is of interest as I believe it highlights the ongoing resolve in Russia to gradually and systematically acquire and control global energy resources,\u201d said Fisk,\u00a0who titled the subject line of the email \u2018Russian uranium.\u2019\u00a0\u00a0The article attached to Fisk\u2019s email, was a Reuters report in June, 2010, titled\u00a0\u2018Despite price falls, ARMZ confident of Uranium One shareholder approval. &#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/saraacarter.com\/2017\/11\/21\/treasure-trove-of-documents-tying-russia-to-uranium-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sara Carter<\/a><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201c<strong>This is not just about bribery and kickbacks but about a U.S. company that was transporting yellow-cake for the Russians with our approval<\/strong>,\u201d an unnamed U.S. Intelligence official told Carter, adding \u201c<strong>This should raise serious questions<\/strong>.\u00a0At the time everyone was concerned about Russia\u2019s ties to Iran, we still are.
