Pollack<br \/>\nBreitbart.com<\/p>\n<h3>James O\u2019Keefe\u2019s Project Veritas has released\u00a0another mainstream media expos\u00e9 \u2014 this time, showing\u00a0a former Democratic campaign operative who\u00a0helps edit the\u00a0<em>New York Times<\/em>\u2018 video content on social media platforms and apparently pretended to be James Comey\u2019s godson.<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"American Pravda, NYT Part I \u2013 Slanting the News &amp; A Bizarre Comey Connection\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D5854-qAqkM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<a class=\" x5l\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=D5854-qAqkM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a>,\u00a0<em>New York Times\u00a0<\/em>Audience Strategy Editor Nicholas Dudich claims to have worked on social media for Barack Obama\u2019s 2008 presidential campaign and to have worked on his 2012 re-election effort. He also says he was a volunteer media strategist for Hillary Clinton\u2019s 2016 campaign, making\u00a0her videos more \u201cheartfelt.\u201d Now, he says in the video, \u201cI will be \u2018objective.\u2019 No, I\u2019m not. That\u2019s why I\u2019m there. Like, after the Clinton campaign, I\u2019m like, no I need to get back into news and keep doing shit because, like, this isn\u2019t going to change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the Project Veritas video, he is shown expressing his ideas for bringing President Trump down: \u201cI\u2019d target his businesses, his dumb f**k of a son, Donald Jr., and Eric, so they\u2019re running Trump, like, the Trump business. \u2026\u00a0And you put pressure on his business and you start investigating his business and you start shutting it down. \u2026\u00a0He cares about his business more than he cares about being President. \u2026\u00a0He would resign.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bizarrely, Dudich then claims that former FBI director James Comey is his \u201cgodfather,\u201d but it is not clear whether he meant that literally: \u201cI\u2019ve met him. He\u2019s a great guy, actually. \u2026 [H]e\u2019s my godfather. \u2026\u00a0My dad and mom knew him and his wife for a really long time.\u201d Although Dudich is shown speaking to a Project Veritas reporter down the street from the\u00a0<em>Times<\/em>\u2018 main New York office, it is not clear where this particular portion of the video, among others, was shot.\u00a0Dudich then is shown admitting that according to\u00a0<em>Times<\/em>\u00a0policies, he should have recused himself from editing videos on Comey\u2019s testimony before Congress, but did not \u2014 and that\u00a0he could lose his job at the\u00a0<em>Times<\/em>\u00a0if anyone knew.<\/p>\n<p>In yet another bizarre portion of the Project Veritas video, Dudich seems\u00a0to suggest that he was an undercover FBI informant as a member of the radical, violent left-wing Antifa organization (\u201cI used to be an AntiFa punk once upon a time\u201d), gathering \u201cintelligence\u201d as to whether they were involved in \u201cdomestic terrorism.\u201d When asked if Comey was aware of his activities in Antifa, he answers: \u201cI cannot confirm or deny that information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The video shows that Project Veritas journalists attempted to corroborate Dudich\u2019s claims about his relationship to Comey, but both his grandmother and his father are seen claiming they have no knowledge of the connection.
