The\u00a0press release<\/a>\u00a0the group published in far-left media is filled with hyperbolic claims about how \u201cmosques are being ruthlessly bombed\u201d and how \u201cLGBTQ are being battered.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe destruction of black life continues unabated as millions languish in the plantations of the modern-day slave system,\u201d the group states.<\/p>\n Taking pride in the \u201clegacy\u201d of \u201cPhiladelphia\u2019s rich revolutionary tradition,\u201d RAM cites Mumia Abu Jamal, the Black Panther activist who shot and killed Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981.<\/p>\n It also cites Russell Shoats, who shot a police officer in the back five times in 1970. Similar to Antifa, the actions of the Black Panthers\u00a0have been described<\/a>\u00a0as having a \u201cvery undefined purpose of assaulting police officers.\u201d<\/p>\n Like other Antifa groups, RAM claims to oppose the usual -isms and white supremacy, but a quick look at the organization\u2019s \u201cPolitical Foundation\u201d page, as highlighted by\u00a0Far Left Watch<\/a>, notes the inclusion of several alarming points, including the \u201cAbolition of Gender,\u201d and the \u201cExpropriation and the Cooperative Economy.\u201d<\/p>\n Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement (Screenshot: RAM website)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The latter calls on members to \u201cexpropriate\u201d or \u201ctake away\u201d goods, lands, and tools to \u201cbegin the revolutionary process.\u201d Expropriation is another way of saying \u201cseize\u201d or \u201csteal.\u201d<\/p>\n The organization models itself after the so-called Rojava Revolution, a leftist guerilla movement currently active in northern Syria. RAM states that the communists offer a \u201cfoundation in communal and council based political organization and militant defense.\u201d<\/p>\n The organizations within the Rojava Revolution are currently involved in combat against ISIS.<\/p>\n Far Left Watch notes that RAM has been hosting a variety of anti-police workshops including a \u201cLegal Training\u201d workshop, a class on the \u201cIntroduction to Anarchism,\u201d and one called \u201cOur Enemies in Blue,\u201d which deals with anti-police action\u2013or how to handle police officers during violent clashes.<\/p>\n Despite active calls for violence against law enforcement and revolution against the government, the liberal media has been surprisingly lenient in its coverage of Antifa, depicting them as righteous crusaders against the rise of white supremacy.<\/p>\n![\"Revolutionary](\"http:\/\/cdn01.dailycaller.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ram-principles.jpg\")
