<\/a>(Jul. 26, 2017) \u2014 On Wednesday afternoon, LCDR\u00a0Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III<\/a>\u00a0(Ret) swore out a criminal complaint against Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III directed to U.S. Attorney General Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions, III with delivery to Washington, DC guaranteed by noon on Thursday.<\/p>\n26 JULY 2017 MUELLER TREASON COMPLAINT<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0complaint<\/a>\u00a0accuses Mueller \u201cand other Federal Bureau of Investigation employees in commission of treason and lesser-included offenses\u201d intended to allegedly remove President Donald Trump from office.<\/p>\n The 16-page document recounts that Mueller was FBI director during an event Fitzpatrick calls \u201cThe Madisonville Hoax<\/a>,\u201d when he and other military veterans, along with some civilians who had traveled to witness a court hearing for Fitzpatrick on April 20, 2010 in the tiny East Tennessee town, were depicted as members of a \u201cmilitia\u201d which planned to \u201ctake over the courthouse\u201d and arrest members of law-enforcement and the judiciary.<\/p>\n There was no such plot, nor was anyone attending the hearing in Madisonville bearing arms.\u00a0 In preparation for the hearing, however, the streets and surrounding roads were swarming with local, state and federal law-enforcement officers, including the FBI.<\/p>\n No one was approached by law enforcement or arrested that day, although schools were closed and snipers positioned on the roof of the Monroe County courthouse.<\/p>\n One of the attendees, Navy veteran Darren Wesley Huff, was nevertheless arrested ten days later.\u00a0 As a result, Huff faced trial on two federal firearms charges. He was acquitted on the first charge with a hung jury on the other, after which U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Varlan instructed the jury to reconvene and reach a different verdict on the second charge.<\/p>\n The jury then convicted Huff on the second charge of transporting firearms across state lines to commit a \u201ccivil disturbance,\u201d even though Huff\u2019s firearms had been locked in his truck\u2019s toolbox before he reached Madisonville that morning.\u00a0 Along with many others, he was barred from entering the courthouse and therefore posed no threat to anyone inside, contrary to the sworn affidavit of FBI Special Agent Mark Van Balen.<\/p>\n Huff spent\u00a0four years<\/a>\u00a0in federal prison without having committed a crime.<\/p>\n The mainstream press misrepresented that a number of observers in Madisonville that day were seen carrying guns despite law enforcement\u2019s inability to identify those individuals and that no arrests were made.<\/p>\n Photos of Fitzpatrick and Huff shortly thereafter appeared in a Tennessee law-enforcement training program with the pejorative of \u201csovereign citizen,\u201d indicating that they are \u201cdomestic terrorists.\u201d<\/p>\n The U.S. Justice Department refused to release any documentation in its possession on \u201cThe Madisonville Hoax\u201d to this publication despite several levels of appeal having been exhausted.<\/p>\n In Wednesday\u2019s complaint, Fitzpatrick stated that he believes Mueller, Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James B. Comey are coordinating their efforts to remove Trump from office.<\/p>\n On page 3, Fitzpatrick informed Sessions that he\u00a0accused<\/a>\u00a0Barack Hussein Obama II of treason for the first time on\u00a0March 17, 2009<\/a>, alleging that Obama is a \u201cforeign born domestic enemy.\u201d<\/p>\n Recalling an Obama-era\u00a0program<\/a>\u00a0coordinated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FBI, and Department of Defense (DOD), Fitzpatrick told Sessions that Mueller \u201cworked closely with \u2018resident\u2019 Obama and Eric Holder in the planning of their criminal plot codenamed:\u00a0 OPERATION VIGILANT EAGLE.\u00a0 Obama, Holder and Mueller focused on military veterans as the direct object of their masquerade (p. 6):<\/p>\n On page 10, Fitzpatrick wrote, \u201cI am one of the Veterans Mueller and Mueller\u2019s FBI unlawfully identified and targeted as a \u2018domestic terrorist\u2019 under OPERATION VIGILANT EAGLE IN 2010.\u00a0 Because of Mueller, I am still named and treated as a \u2018domestic terrorist\u2019 today. I am not a \u2018domestic terrorist.’\u201d<\/p>\n On July 18, Fitzpatrick went to the McMinn County, TN courthouse to address the grand jury about the \u201csovereign citizen\/domestic terrorist\u201d label which continues to be attached to his name.<\/p>\n At the bottom of page 6, Fitzpatrick recounted his initial treason complaint against Obama, accusing Mueller of having \u201caided and abetted Barack Hussein Obama\u2019s TREASON protecting Obama\u2019s identity as a foreign born domestic enemy, standing guard over Obama\u2019s sealed papers and past\u2026\u201d in an apparent reference to the dearth of paper documentation released by the Obama White House about its eight-year occupant.<\/p>\n On March 1, 2012, the \u201clong-form\u201d birth certificate image posted by the Obama White House on April 27, 2011 was deemed a \u201ccomputer-generated forgery\u201d by former detective Michael Zullo, who ultimately conducted a five-year criminal investigation into the image\u2019s authenticity commissioned by then-Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio.<\/p>\n The Justice Department has since prosecuted Arpaio on a charge of criminal contempt of court, with a decision from U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton pending following an eight-day trial which ended early this month.\u00a0 Many believe that the decision to prosecute Arpaio for allegedly purposely violating a federal judge\u2019s order relating to Arpaio\u2019s immigration patrols was launched in retaliation for Arpaio\u2019s having sanctioned the investigation into Obama\u2019s purported birth certificate.<\/p>\n The media has maintained a virtual blackout on the findings of forgery in the birth certificate image and Obama\u2019s purported Selective Service registration form.<\/p>\n Fitzpatrick stressed in the complaint that Mueller prevented any investigation into Obama\u2019s identity (p. 7) while serving as FBI Director:<\/p>\n Fitzpatrick suggested to Sessions that he could terminate Mueller\u2019s role as \u201cSpecial Counsel\u201d very rapidly.<\/p>\n Speculation has recently abounded as to whether or not Trump will retain Sessions in his position given that Trump has expressed \u201cdisappointment\u201d in Sessions\u2019s having recused himself from the \u201cRussia\u201d investigations which Mueller is reportedly pursuing.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"http:\/\/plxqmjeom0e7pd4c-zippykid.netdna-ssl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/WFF-Mueller-Operation-Vigilant-Eagle-450x168.jpg\")
