After an effective 7-year campaign, in partnership with innovative companies, regulators and like-minded groups, we just received\u00a0news that the fourth major industry company has adopted the cutting-edge cleanup technology we have been advocating for as a preferred methodology.\u00a0 It is now being used on oil rigs, at chemical refineries including a massive plant in Texas, and by pipeline, oil and gas subsidiaries throughout the world on oil and other chemical spills.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, because of the controversial nature of spills and resulting non-disclosure agreements insisted upon by companies who have spills,\u00a0<\/span>we are not able to publicize the names of the companies that are doing what\u2019s right by implementing this technology, until they give permission.
