Now, in yet another troubling sign that\u00a0the Obama administration believed outside hacking groups posed a significant threat to the election,<\/strong>\u00a0Time<\/a>\u00a0magazine reports that his administration had devised a detailed plan to fend off any cyberattaks that sought to falsify vote totals during the election.
