{"id":77893,"date":"2017-07-15T08:56:45","date_gmt":"2017-07-15T12:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/?p=77893"},"modified":"2017-07-15T08:56:45","modified_gmt":"2017-07-15T12:56:45","slug":"shocking-democratic-godfather-wants-to-blow-up-russian-agencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/?p=77893","title":{"rendered":"SHOCKING: Democratic Godfather Wants To \u2018Blow Up\u2019 Russian Agencies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Begala: We Should Debate Whether to \u2018Blow Up\u2019 Russian Agencies in Retaliation<\/h1>\n<p><!--more-->The Washington Free Beacon<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Begala: We should be debating whether to bomb Russia\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3Kh_v_rD2j0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>CNN commentator and longtime Clinton ally Paul Begala said Wednesday that the U.S. should be debating whether to &#8220;blow up&#8221; agencies like the GRU in an apparent call for President Donald Trump to bomb Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Begala, who\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/lets-roll-the-tape\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">like many Democrats<\/a>\u00a0praised Barack Obama for mocking Mitt Romney&#8217;s description of Russia as &#8220;our No. 1 geopolitical foe&#8221; in 2012, said on CNN that Russia is a &#8220;hostile foreign power&#8221; and the Trump administration should be &#8220;retaliating massively&#8221; for Russian meddling in the U.S. presidential election in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We were and are under attack by a hostile foreign power, and they seem to be abetting that hostile foreign power,&#8221; Begala said,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailybeast.com\/clinton-ally-paul-begala-trump-should-consider-bombing-russia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0<em>Daily Beast<\/em>. &#8220;We should be debating how many sanctions we should place on Russia, or whether we should blow up the KGB or GSU, GRU [Russia&#8217;s foreign military intelligence agency.] We should be retaliating massively.
