Comedian Kathy Griffin had a press conference on Friday<\/a> to address her controversial photo shoot, in which Griffin held the severed head of President Trump.<\/p>\n During the press conference, Griffin told a reporter that she has no issue going after President Trump\u2019s 11-year-old son Barron Trump.<\/p>\n A reporter asked Griffin about comments she made during an interview in December 2016.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m happy to deliver beat down to Donald Trump \u2014 and also to Barron. You know a lot of comics are going to go hard for Donald, my edge is that I\u2019ll go direct for Barron. I\u2019m going to get in ahead of the game,\u201d Griffin said in the December 2016 interview<\/a>.<\/p>\n Griffin\u2019s attorney Lisa Bloom attempted to brush away Griffin\u2019s previous comments, saying that Griffin had made them years ago, when in fact they were made just six months ago.<\/p>\n \u201cI think a comic should be able to make fun of everybody,\u201d Griffin told the reporter.<\/p>\n
