Update 7:15pm CT:<\/strong><\/em> Kathy Griffin issued an apology via a Twitter video Tuesday following backlash over her bloody Trump head photo shoot, saying she \u201ccrossed the line\u201d and \u201cwent way too far.\u201d<\/p>\n
