Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano just made a stunning\u00a0claim about the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and President Barack Obama.<\/p>\n
In a segment this week\u00a0on the Fox News Business Network\u2019s \u201cMornings With Maria,\u201d Napolitano said he was told by Scalia that Scalia\u00a0thought the Supreme Court was under surveillance by the administration of former President Barack Obama<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cJustice Scalia told me he often thought the court was being surveilled, and he told me that probably four or five years ago,\u201d Napolitano said in the clip shown below.<\/p>\n Whoa.<\/p>\n That\u2019s huge for a couple of reasons.<\/p>\n First of all, if that claim is true, it\u2019s a gross overreach of the executive branch into the judicial branch, to say the least. But much, much more than that, think of the massive rulings that were made over the course of the Obama presidency:<\/p>\n Two crucial Obamacare rulings<\/a>. Gay marriage legalized nationwide<\/a> \u2014 one of the most controversial rulings in recent memory. And if Obama\u2019s White House really did have the Supreme Court under surveillance, Obama could have been inappropriately informed about all of it.<\/em><\/p>\n
