President Donald Trump can stop the leaks undermining his government by not allowing Obama administration “traitors to sit in their ch airs and do all sorts of horrible things,” former Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff told Newsmax TV on Friday.<\/p>\n

They are “leaking out things that are ridiculous,” Abramoff told “The Steve Malzberg Show” in an interview, citing the storm over Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his meetings last year with the Russian ambassador.”<\/p>\n

“Jeff Sessions is one of the most honorable people to ever serve in the office of attorney general,” he said. “Nobody who knows him would think that for a moment he would try to lie about something or anything like that.<\/p>\n

“His explanation has been absolutely correct, but this isn’t about that.<\/p>\n

“This is about \u2026 destroying one by one,” Abramoff said, referring to Trump’s Cabinet and top advisers, including former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.<\/p>\n

“They got Gen. Flynn and they’d love to get Jeff Sessions,” he told Malzberg. “They know he’s unbelievably smart, effective \u2014 and he’s extremely honest.”<\/p>\n
