target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><em><strong>N.Morgan<\/strong><\/em><\/a>) In the era of the PizzaGate pedophile scandal, another more insidious crime has been taking place in plain sight.<\/p>\n<p>The laws of our land neglect the most vulnerable among us, the children.<\/p>\n<p>All of the rights go to the predators, rather than these poor unfortunate children who need the law\u2019s protection the most.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement in America continues to choose profit over people.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cOQLxxySLQ4?wmode=transparent\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The horrifying case out of Cleveland Ohio proves this point by illustrating that authorities are more interested in making pot busts than they are prosecuting those <a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/health\/former-house-speaker-dennis-hastert-sentenced-15-months-hush-money-child-molestation-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">who rape children<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As the newly elected prosecutor Michael O\u2019Malley first took office last month, he began looking into hundreds of cases marked \u2018inactive\u2019 in the computer system.<\/p>\n<p>When he began reviewing those cases, he found dozens of instances of rape and sexual assault cases involving children that he said prosecutors \u201c<em>ignored<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>There was a conscious decision (by prosecutors) to make some of these cases inactive<\/em>,\u201d O\u2019Malley said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s outrageous.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QpWGL3cUtZA?wmode=transparent\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Malley to date has uncovered\u00a0around 70 cases so far, but because there are more than 1,900 cases in the system, he expects to find even more.<\/p>\n<p>The incompetence and sheer failure of prosecutors to close these cases are more glaring than the thousands of rape kits that are collecting dust in police departments across the state as many of these cases involve an actual confession from the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>The<a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/wireStory\/prosecutor-70-ohio-child-sex-assault-cases-unattended-45479658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Associated Press<\/a> reported some of the victims in the 70 cases were as young as 3 years old.<\/p>\n<p><em>And some of the cases, which date back three years, would have been easy to prosecute because suspects confessed<\/em>, O\u2019Malley said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe\u2019re peeling the layers of an onion,\u201d<\/em> O\u2019Malley said of the investigation into the disgusting act of ignoring child rape. <em>\u201cAnd every day there are more revelations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Amid the despicable dereliction, or possibly worse, at least three prosecutors have been forced to resign and four others have been disciplined.<\/p>\n<p><em>It\u2019s not clear why prosecutors failed to act on the cases or to enter them into the office\u2019s case-management system, <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/wireStory\/prosecutor-70-ohio-child-sex-assault-cases-unattended-45479658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">reports the AP.<\/a><em> O\u2019Malley said he finds it \u201chard to believe\u201d that his predecessor,<\/em> Tim McGinty, would have allowed prosecutors to ignore cases.<\/p>\n<p>However, if there is one thing we know about Tim McGinty, it\u2019s that he has no problem ignoring crimes against children \u2014 up to, and including, murder.<\/p>\n<p>McGinty gained national attention over past years for being the prosecutor who stalled the investigation of Tamir Rice\u2019s shooting, fought against charging Rice\u2019s killer, and launched a smear campaign against Rice\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n<p>While Cleveland authorities have been ignoring child rape and child murdering cops, they have been active in pursuing those who\u2019d dare grow, sell, or possess a<a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/featured\/top-ten-marijuana-myths-part-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> beneficial medicinal plant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Cleveland police and prosecutors had no problem letting child rapists walk while actively pursuing marijuana cases.<\/p>\n<p>In the first month of 2016, police raids on marijuana grow operations <a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.cleveland.com\/metro\/index.ssf\/2016\/01\/cleveland_police_bust_third_marijuana.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">filled the headlines<\/a> as cops clamped down on \u201cdangerous\u201d pot farmers.<\/p>\n<p>In every one of these marijuana busts, <a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/featured\/seizing-the-american-dream-sad-tale-civil-asset-forfeiture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">exorbitant amounts of cash<\/a> were seized from the dealers and growers.<\/p>\n<p>Had these child rapists had $700,000 cash in their pockets when confessing to raping children, perhaps the authorities could\u2019ve found the time to actually <a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/top-news\/13-essential-data-points-pizzagate-pedophilia-allegations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">remove them from society<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The good news, however, is that O\u2019Malley seems like he wants to put an end to this madness and actually <a href=\"http:\/\/beforeitsnews.com\/r2\/?url=http:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/uncategorized\/six-case-studies-massive-child-pedophilia-ring-highest-power-levels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">prosecute these predators<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is unlikely that he will stop arresting people for pot as a large portion of his salary is probably tied to the revenue generated
