But after exposing Flynn of talking to the Russian ambassador, which is not a crime by itself as proven by an FBI investigation [<a href=\"http:\/\/sputniknews.com\/us\/201702171050773515-us-flynn-fbi-russia\/\">here<\/a>], the agency also admitted to having withheld vital information to the president as a way of insulting him,<span id=\"more-42767\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dkHUbNnOEsE?version=3&amp;rel=1&amp;fs=1&amp;autohide=2&amp;showsearch=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;iv_load_policy=1&amp;wmode=transparent\" width=\"474\" height=\"297\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2026 which happens to be bordering on treason, if only we have a fully functioning republic in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>This is all on top of the half-baked \u201cRussian hacking\u201d leaks during the election campaign last year.<\/p>\n<p>What this means is: the CIA has proven to be a separate entity all by itself, which traces its existence all the way to the Vatican at the end of the Second World War, as \u201cconspiracy theorists\u201d have long suggested.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/geopolitics.co\/2014\/12\/27\/george-scherff-jr-4th-day-in-houston-methodist-hospital\/\" target=\"_blank\">George Scherff Jr. &amp; the CIA<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The agency is at the core of the Deep State, where the offsprings of the elite families of the West decide, in real time, the fate of the people and their leaderships, beyond any form of oversight and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>As expected, these Khazarian conscripts are battling it out against the civilian Trump government, which is reportedly hiring the services of some private mercenary groups to counter the hybrid offensives from the long established Intelligence Community (CIA, NSA, NRO, FBI, etc.).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"longquote\">\n<h3>Is the NSA the real president of the United States? | Jon Rappoport<\/h3>\n<p>The US intelligence community continues its war to kick Donald Trump to the curb and destroy his presidency.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, the NSA, the CIA, and their silent partners want to continue to run this country.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026Breitbart: \u201cWilliam Binney, a former highly placed NSA official turned whistleblower, contended in an exclusive interview today that the National Security Agency (NSA) is \u2018absolutely\u2019 monitoring the phone calls of President Donald Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBinney was an architect of the NSA\u2019s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001 after spending more than 30 years with the agency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAsked whether he believes the NSA is tapping Trump, Binney replied: \u2018Absolutely. How did they get the phone call between the president and the president of Australia? Or the one that he made with Mexico? Those are not targeted foreigners\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBinney further contended the NSA may have been behind a data leak that might have revealed that Michael Flynn, Trump\u2019s national security adviser, allegedly misled Vice President Mike Pence and other Trump administration officials about the contents of his phone calls with Russia\u2019s ambassador to Washington.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding Flynn\u2019s case, Binney stated of the NSA\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018If they weren\u2019t behind it, they certainly had the data. Now the difference here is that FBI and CIA have direct access inside the NSA databases. So, they may be able to go directly in there and see that material there. And NSA doesn\u2019t monitor that. They don\u2019t even monitor their own people going into databases\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, they don\u2019t monitor what CIA and FBI do. And there\u2019s no oversight or attempted oversight by any of the committees or even the FISA court. So, any way you look at it, ultimately the NSA is responsible because they are doing the collection on everybody inside the United States. Phone calls. Emails. All of that stuff\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUtilizing data provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden, the Guardian and Washington Post in June 2013 released a series of articles reporting that the NSA was collecting the telephone records of millions of Americans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026\u2019they [the NSA, Binney said]] are given too much money anyway. When they are given too much money, they get to do wild and crazy things. And this is wild and crazy. The revelations are contained within three CIA tasking orders published today by WikiLeaks as context for its forth coming CIA Vault 7 series. Named specifically as targets are the French Socialist Party (PS), the National Front (FN) and Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) together with current President Francois Hollande, then President Nicolas Sarkozy, current round one presidential front runner Marine Le Pen, and former presidential candidates Martine Aubry and Dominique Strauss-Khan.<\/p>\n<p>The CIA assessed that President Sarkozy\u2019s party was not assured re-election. Specific tasking concerning his party included obtaining the \u201cStrategic Election Plans\u201d of the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP); schisms or alliances developing in the UMP elite; private UMP reactions to Sarkozy\u2019s campaign strategies; discussions within the UMP on any \u201cperceived vulnerabilities to maintaining power\u201d after the election; efforts to change the party\u2019s ideological mission; and discussions about Sarkozy\u2019s support for the UMP and \u201cthe value he places on the continuation of the party\u2019s dominance\u201d. Specific instructions tasked CIA officers to discover Sarkozy\u2019s private deliberations \u201con the other candidates\u201d as well as how he interacted with his advisors. <a href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/plusd\/cables\/05PARIS5335_a.html#efmBbHBbq\">Sarkozy\u2019s earlier self-identification as \u201cSarkozy the American\u201d<\/a> did not protect him from US espionage in the 2012 election <a href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/nsa-france\/\">or during his presidency<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The espionage order for \u201cNon Ruling Political Parties and Candidates Strategic Election Plans\u201d which targeted Francois Holland, Marine Le Pen and other opposition figures requires obtaining opposition parties\u2019 strategies for the election; information on internal party dynamics and rising leaders; efforts to influence and implement political decisions; support from local government officials, government elites or business elites; views of the United States; efforts to reach out to other countries, including Germany, U.K., Libya, Israel, Palestine, Syria &amp; Cote d\u2019Ivoire; as well as information about party and candidate funding.<\/p>\n<p>Significantly, two CIA opposition espionage tasks, \u201cWhat policies do they promote to help boost France\u2019s economic growth prospects?\u201d and \u201cWhat are their opinions on the German model of export-led growth?\u201d resonate with a <a href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/nsa-france\/spyorder\">U.S. economic espionage order from the same year<\/a>. That order requires obtaining details of every prospective French export contract or deal valued at $200m or more.<\/p>\n<p>The opposition espionage order also places weight on obtaining the candidates\u2019 attitudes to the E.U\u2019s economic crisis, centering around their position on the Greek debt crisis; the role of France and Germany in the management of the Greek debt crisis; the vulnerability of French government and French banks to a Greek default; and \u201cspecific proposals and recommendations\u201d to deal with \u201cthe euro-zone crisis\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The CIA espionage orders published today are classified and restricted to U.S. eyes only (\u201cNOFORN\u201d) due to \u201cFriends-on-Friends sensitivities\u201d.
