Donald Trump has been president of the United States for only three days, and it appears \u201cTrump Derangement Syndrome\u201d is exploding nationwide with numerous threats against the commander in chief as well as those perceived to support him.<\/p>\n
The U.S. Secret Service has reportedly opened an investigation into the case of pop star Madonna, who publicly declared Saturday that she herself has \u201cthought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.\u201d<\/p>\n
A spokesman for the Secret Service told the Gateway Pundit<\/a> the agency is aware of the comment by Madonna during a large women\u2019s protest against Trump held in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n \u201cThe spokesman said an investigation would be opened but that the decision to prosecute rests with the U.S. Attorney\u2019s office,\u201d the Gateway Pundit reported.<\/p>\n Threatening a U.S. president is a serious crime and a class E felony. It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making \u201cany threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n Sunday morning, Madonna tweeted and then deleted an obscene message to the president and his protection team, stating: \u201cF\u2014 Donald Trump and F\u2014 the Secret Service.\u201d<\/p>\n Madonna then seemed to soften her comments somewhat on Instagram<\/a>, saying:<\/p>\n \u201cI want to clarify some very important things. I am not a violent person, I do not promote violence and it\u2019s important people hear and understand my speech in it\u2019s entirety rather than one phrase taken wildly out of context. \u2026<\/p>\n \u201cI spoke in metaphor and I shared two ways of looking at things \u2013 one was to be hopeful, and one was to feel anger and outrage, which I have personally felt. However, I know that acting out of anger doesn\u2019t solve anything. And the only way to change things for the better is to do it with love.\u201d<\/p>\n On Monday, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich called for Madonna\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n \u201cShe is parallel to the young fascists who ran around town, breaking windows, all of whom should be given the maximum sentence,\u201d Gingrich told Fox News. \u201cI had friends who couldn\u2019t leave their hotel because the demonstrators\u00a0had broken through the police line and were bottling up the people in the hotel. I had other friends who were hassled trying to get to the inaugural address. What you have is an emerging left-wing fascism. She\u2019s part of it. I think we have to prepare to protect ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n He added, \u201cThe truth is, she ought to be arrested for saying she has thought about blowing up the White House.\u201d<\/p>\n But radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh indicated Monday he didn\u2019t believe Madonna\u2019s remarks about blowing up the White House were \u201cserious.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think that constitutes a serious, real threat because it\u2019s a mindless twit of a woman who\u2019s lost her mind,\u201d Limbaugh said on his national broadcast.<\/p>\n \u201cMadonna hasn\u2019t been right for I don\u2019t know how long. The needle [is] not pointing north there, either. The elevator doesn\u2019t go to the top floor. Madonna\u2019s always been an order of fries short of a Happy Meal, if you ask me.\u201d<\/p>\n Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent who now hosts a popular podcast called \u201cThe Renegade Republican,\u201d told WND: \u201cThe Secret Service doesn\u2019t have the luxury of dismissing a threat just because you recorded a pop song 20 years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n He said Madonna and others could \u201cskate\u201d on any criminal charge because of an intent clause in the law, where a person\u2019s willingness to harm the president is taken into account.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a real shame because even if they have no intent, you never know who you\u2019re inspiring to do this,\u201d Bongino said.<\/p>\n Bongino also expects the Secret Service to be very occupied handling threats against Trump over the next four years.<\/p>\n \u201cThey are gonna be busy, and it\u2019s a damn shame that in the wealthiest country in the world,\u00a0we can\u2019t have political discussions without getting violent,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cThese radical liberals, they are the most violent, intolerant people on the planet. It has become acceptable in the media and amongst the cultural elites to violently threaten your political opponents. It\u2019s disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n The Madonna comments were just the beginning of an action-packed weekend of possible threats against Trump and anyone perceived to be in his camp.<\/p>\n Here comes the Judd<\/strong><\/p>\n Actress Ashley Judd got into act at the women\u2019s march where Madonna made her remarks, and eviscerated Trump in obscene fashion, saying:<\/p>\n I am a naaaaasty woman. I\u2019m not as nasty as a man who looks like he bathes in Cheeto dust. A man whose words are a diss track to America, Electoral College-sanctioned hate speech contaminating this national anthem. \u2026<\/p>\n I didn\u2019t know devils could be resurrected, but I feel Hitler in these streets, a mustache traded for a toupee, Nazis renamed the cabinet. I am not as nasty as your own daughter being your favorite sex symbol, like your wet dreams infused with your own genes, but, yeah, I\u2019m a naaaaasty woman. A loud, vulgar, proud woman. \u2026<\/p>\n I\u2019m nasty, like my bloodstains on my bed sheets. Why are tampons and pads still taxed when Viagra and Rogaine are not? \u2026<\/p>\n Is the bloodstain on my jeans more embarrassing than the thinning of your hair? They are for birthing new generations of filthy, vulgar, nasty, proud Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh, you name it, for new generations of nasty women.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Man bites ear off<\/strong><\/p>\n In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, police say a man bit the ear off another man in a dispute over Trump.<\/p>\n \u201cOfficers located a 30-year-old male victim who had been assaulted at his apartment in the 300 block of Amber Street by a known male actor,\u201d police said.<\/p>\n \u201cAccording to the investigation, the victim and actor were arguing about President Donald Trump. The argument turned physical and the actor bit the victim\u2019s right ear off. The victim ran to a nearby gas station to seek help.\u201d<\/p>\n The Daily Mail<\/a> reported the victim\u2019s ear was recovered in the apartment, and the victim was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n Investigators reportedly know the identity of the alleged chomper, but they did not release his name as they continued their search for him.<\/p>\n Fox News face accosted<\/strong><\/p>\n Frank Luntz, a well-known pollster for Fox News, was assaulted by a protester inside an upscale hotel in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n While staying at the Marriott Marquis near Mount Vernon Square, Luntz said a protester stood less than a foot away from him and threw confetti glitter in his eyes.<\/p>\n \u201cYou fascist [expletive],\u201d Luntz said the protester yelled at him.<\/p>\n \u201cSince when do you have the right or just the ability to attack people in a private setting, in a private matter, and you could end up hurting someone?\u201d Luntz asked. \u201cI\u2019m going to tell you something: These protests are out of control, the language is out of control. There are eight, nine, 10-year-olds watching this.\u201d<\/p>\n Scott Baio roughed up<\/strong><\/p>\n Page Six of the New York Post reported<\/a> that actor Scott Baio of \u201cHappy Days\u201d fame, a Trump supporter, was roughed up by protesters in the nation\u2019s capital Friday night, getting attacked as he arrived at the Liberty Ball with Fox Business star Charlie Gasparino.<\/p>\n \u201cA protester \u2018called Scott a f\u2013king fascist and lunged at him\u2019 before Gasparino pushed the protester away,\u201d the Post reported. \u201cLater, another group of protesters approached Baio and wife Renee as they made their way to the Freedom Ball \u201cand they had be extracted by the police.\u201d<\/p>\n Hair on fire<\/strong><\/p>\n During the inauguration ceremony on Friday, a video posted on YouTube allegedly shows a female Trump supporter getting set on fire.<\/p>\n The perpetrator was allegedly an anti-Trump supporter who seconds earlier was in a mob of women chanting, \u2018Love Trumps Hate.’<\/p>\n Twitchy<\/a> explained: \u201cThe Trump supporter in a blue hat poses for a selfie next to the protester\u2019s sign. When she walks away, her hair is on fire and \u2013 thankfully \u2013 quickly put out by a male Trump supporter in the crowd.\u201d<\/p>\n Fired for \u2018Trump Derangement Syndrome\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n A Kentucky woman is facing serious backlash from the public and her own employers after suggesting on Twitter it would be \u201ckind\u201d for someone to assassinate Donald Trump, who was inaugurated as president three days later.As WND reported<\/a>, Heather Lowrey, who described herself as a Louisville vixen and aspiring wrestling diva on her Twitter profile before going into electronic hiding, tweeted the message Jan.17:<\/p>\n \u201cIf someone was cruel enough to assassinate MLK, maybe someone will be kind enough to assassinate Trump. #bekind #trump #lovetrumpshate.\u201d<\/p>\n Her comment ignited a firestorm on social media, with comments such as this from Leslie Maiko: \u201cIt seems this rotted soul #LiberalLunatic wench #HeatherChristineLowrey aka #VSAddict22 has gone in2 hiding & shut down her Twitter. Good.\u201d<\/p>\n The public also hounded down the employers of Ms. Lowrey, who also noted in her profile that she loves \u201cthe poetry of the rain\u201d and \u201cdancing naked.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Her employers soon after fired Lowrey and issued public statements distancing themselves from her threatening tweet.<\/p>\n One of them is Va Vixens burlesque group, which released the following statement: \u201cPlease, know that we, at Va Vixens, do not condone the behavior of Heather Lowrey. She was dismissed the moment we were informed of this incident. We have a zero tolerance policy for such. It\u2019s no secret that we are in the midst of a divided nation. With so much hate and anger in the world, our hope is to be a sanctuary that welcomes all walks of life with open arms. We do not condone hate by any party and will not partake in it. We in no way support negative behavior or malicious intent from anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, American Income Life \u2013 Travis Moody Office, Kentucky-Indiana posted the following statement to its Facebook page: \u201cHeather Lowrey is no longer contracted with the Travis Moody Agency. The Travis Moody Agency, its agents and its staff do not share the same views, nor opinions as Heather Lowrey. We have a zero tolerance policy and would never condone this behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n
