When a mother walked into Macias Cellular &amp; Computers in Victorville, California, a man snatched her four-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[The mom] had said that the guy was looking at her from when she got out of her car, but she didn&#8217;t think he would follow her,&#8221; store owner Miguel Macias said.<\/p>\n<p>But the man did follow the family, and grabbed the little girl by her arm.
