A backlog of African migrants is overwhelming limited shelter space in Tijuana and Mexican officials blame the slow pace of U.S. immigration authorities in the San Isidro port of entry for granting only 50 asylum solicitations daily.<\/p>\n<p>Details about this disturbing program come from Mexico\u2019s immigration agency, Instituto Nacional de Migracion (INM), and appear this week in an <a class=\"extl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eluniversal.com.mx\/articulo\/nacion\/sociedad\/2016\/08\/30\/mexico-enfrenta-una-oleada-de-africanos\" target=\"_blank\">article<\/a> published by the country\u2019s largest newspaper. \u201cMexico is living through a wave of undocumented Africans, due to a humanitarian crisis on that continent, that has saturated shelters in Tapachula, Chiapas, and generated pressure on shelters in Tijuana, Baja California,\u201d the news article states. The African migrants\u2019 journey begins in Brazil under a South American policy that allows the \u201cfree transit\u201d of immigrants throughout the continent. Ecuador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama facilitate the process by transferring the concentration of foreigners towards Mexico based on an agreement that Mexico will help them gain entry into the U.S. so they can solicit asylum.<\/p>\n<p>The Africans are mostly entering Mexico through the southern state of Chiapas, which borders Guatemala. This week alone 424 Africans arrived at the Chiapas immigration station, which is situated in Tapachula. Shelters in Tijuana currently have 154 migrants from African countries waiting on their U.S. asylum solicitations, according to figures provided by the INM. \u201cThe undocumented don\u2019t want to stay in Mexico,\u201d the news article clarifies. \u201cThey want to make it to U.S. territory to solicit asylum based on the life conditions that prevail in the continent.\u201d Authorities in Tijuana are offering support to migrants from El Congo, Somalia, Ghana and Pakistan to facilitate entering the U.S. through the San Isidro crossing, according to the news story. San Isidro is the largest land border crossing between San Diego, California and Tijuana.<\/p>\n<p>The Obama administration has done a great job of promoting its various back-door amnesty programs, which include perpetually extending a humanitarian measure designed to temporarily shield illegal immigrants from deportation during emergencies. It\u2019s known as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and in the last few years migrants from several African countries have received it so the new influx is not all surprising. Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone got TPS back in 2014 over the lingering effects of the Ebola Virus and earlier this year Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson <a class=\"extl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/news\/news-releases\/temporary-protected-status-extended-guinea-liberia-and-sierra-leone-six-months\" target=\"_blank\">extended it<\/a>. The administration cited the \u201ccontinued recovery challenges\u201d the African countries face for the extension.<\/p>\n<p>Last summer Johnson <a class=\"extl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/news\/temporary-protected-status-extended-somalia\" target=\"_blank\">extended<\/a> a TPS for Somalians until March 17, 2017, which could have served as a driving force behind the sudden surge via Latin America. A <a class=\"extl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gpo.gov\/\/fdsys\/pkg\/FR-2015-06-01\/html\/2015-13094.htm\" target=\"_blank\">notice<\/a> in the Federal Register says the extension was warranted because the conditions in Somalia that prompted the TPS designation continue to be met. \u201cThere continues to be a substantial, but temporary, disruption of living conditions in Somalia due to ongoing armed conflict that would pose a serious threat to the personal safety of returning Somali nationals, as well as extraordinary and temporary conditions in the country that prevent Somali nationals from returning to Somalia in safety,\u201d the notice states. \u201cThe Secretary has also determined that permitting eligible Somali nationals to remain temporarily in the United States is not contrary to the national interest of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/blog\/2016\/09\/droves-african-migrants-mexico-awaiting-u-s-asylum-secret-pact\/\">http:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/blog\/2016\/09\/droves-african-migrants-mexico-awaiting-u-s-asylum-secret-pact\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16314\" src=\"http:\/\/dublinsmick.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/mexicofencememe.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"Mexico+fence+meme\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Georgetown trained jesuit Tim Kaine was intrumental in the chaos that enveloped Honduras. He was quoted recently touring black churches espousing the opinion that whites need to be a minority. Apparently he Soros, the vatican and City of London intend to fund this vision.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dublinsmickdotcom.wordpress.com\/2016\/08\/17\/tim-kaines-unlikely-biography\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Tim Kaine\u2019s Unlikely\u00a0Biography<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>So, there\u2019s that. More importantly, while\u00a0Kaine was in Honduras a\u00a0whirlwind descended on that little-visited country: a huge American military presence which ballooned overnight\u2014\u00a0courtesy of the Reagan Administration\u2014 determined to turn the tide of leftist revolutionaries in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Guatemala.<\/p>\n<p>Joint Task Force Bravo poured bulldozers into Honduras. They\u00a0rolled off huge military transport planes and roared off into the countryside, helping\u00a0American military engineers build roads, bridges, bases, airstrips, supply depots, and infrastructure, and turning the country into a staging area for troops entering combat in Nicaragua against the dread Sandinistas.<\/p>\n<p>So far, nothing from Kaine on any of that. He was there, but apparently missed it all.<\/p>\n<p>American troops poured in for saber-rattling maneuvers to intimidate the Sandinistas. American intelligence agents trained Hondurans in surveillance, interrogation, and torture as the country went from a humid backwater to a hub for all the intrigue money can buy.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps not coincidentally, Honduras became known as the Lebanon of Central America, the biggest drug marketplace the world had ever known.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe turned the whole damn country into an American battleship,\u201d lamented the chairman of the House\u2019s Western Affairs Subcommittee later. \u201cWe created the \u2018USS Honduras.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tim Kaine saw <em><strong>nada.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Was he busy teaching welding? Or was something else going on?<\/p>\n<p>Seal was busted because he\u2019d landed his twin-engine plane in the immediate aftermath of a military coup overthrowing then-Honduran President Juan Alberto Melgar.
