Don\u2019t be fooled \u2013 The left is doing this so they can label all Trump supporters as racists.<\/strong><\/p>\n This enables hateful liberal reporters to label all Trump reporters as evil racists.<\/strong><\/p>\n The AP can go to hell.<\/p>\n The Hill<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n The Associated Press Monday released new guidelines for referencing the \u201calt-right,\u201d which ask that journalists use the term alongside its definition and in context of its association with racist beliefs.<\/p>\n The new guidelines read:<\/p>\n \u201c\u2018Alt-right\u2019 (quotation marks, hyphen and lower case) may be used in quotes or modified as in the \u2018self-described\u2019 or \u2018so-called alt-right\u2019 in stories discussing what the movement says about itself. Avoid using the term generically and without definition, however, because it is not well known and the term may exist primarily as a public-relations device to make its supporters\u2019 actual beliefs less clear and more acceptable to a broader audience.\u201d<\/p>\n The new guidelines come after criticism of media outlets by some observers who view the term has having \u201cnormalized\u201d President-elect Donald Trump\u2019s nationalistic rhetoric and that of some Trump supporters.
