“One of the journalists who took part in the Foster murder cover-up was David Brock, the former lover of James Alefantis. Brock wrote on\u00a0page 223<\/a>\u00a0of his book \u201cBlinded by the Right\u201d that Patrick Knowlton was a \u201cself discrediting witness.\u201d \u00a0In truth Knowlton was a crucial witness who suffered witness intimidation. \u00a0The US Court of Appeals ordered Starr, over his objection, to include\u00a020 pages from Knowlton<\/a>\u00a0in his report on the death of Foster. \u00a0 Those pages included evidence of the cover-up and witness intimidation. \u00a0The US press\u00a0never reported<\/a>\u00a0this Appendix to the report on Foster\u2019s death.”<\/h4>\n
