Electoral Earthquake Was Payback, Betrayal Will No Longer Be Tolerated<\/strong><\/p>\n

Moral of the Eric Cantor Story:
\nDon’t betray your own party, especially concerning the most radioactive and profound political issues.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Why Eric Cantor carried more water for Barack Obama than he did for his own is quite beyond comprehension. \u00a0Make no mistake about it, as a Virginia political insider and longstanding politico of the highest order, he was blinded by the hubris that comes from living inside the Beltway. \u00a0Such an unfortunate circumstance guarantees that he would be unduly impressed with his political relationships to the Obama Administration, instead of paying attention to his own constituents.<\/p>\n

Make no mistake about this HUGE loss for the political establishment:
\nFor Barack Obama, Eric Cantor loss comes with a price<\/a><\/p>\n

Actually, despite all the headlines trumpeting the contrary, this electoral outcome was no surprise to anyone, least of all anyone inside the Beltway. \u00a0It was common knowledge among the political intelligentsia that Cantor was not only Obama’s point man to sabotage the Tea Party initiatives at every turn; also, that he was set up as a Trojan Horse from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

In DC the old maxim, “It not what you say, it’s what you do” reigns supreme. \u00a0By that very high standard in national politics, Cantor failed to measure up on every count, and to any degree. It’s actually quite surprising that he lasted as long as he did. \u00a0Or rather surprising it took the Tea Party types to get wind of his treacherous and underhanded game.<\/p>\n

Cantor sneaks a Medicare bill through the House by voice vote<\/strong><\/p>\n

The straw that broke the camel’s back was clearly a voice vote for a Medicare bill that Cantor rammed through the House back in April for a Medicare bill. \u00a0This particular move was conducted in such a premeditated and furtive way that many GOP Congressmen left his camp forever. \u00a0Simply put, that particular betrayal meant that Cantor could no longer be trusted to even carry out his most basic duties as Majority Leader. \u00a0Clearly, such an amateur and transparent political error sealed Cantor’s fate \u2026 forever.<\/p>\n

There may be no greater act of underestimating a single political act as that highly misguided voice vote (Who really misguided it, by the way?!). \u00a0Not only did it enrage his ‘fellow’ Tea Party adherents, it made them all the more distrustful of the Republican leadership. \u00a0Many of those leaders are known pejoratively as RINOs (Republican In Name Only<\/em>) who — in reality — have no loyalty to any party, to any platform, to any cause, to any constituency, etc. \u00a0The Tea Party has now identified every Republican in Congress in this particular regard \u2026 and they will not be fooled again.<\/p>\n

List Of More Recent Egregious Political Mistakes By Eric Cantor<\/strong><\/p>\n

The only way that this list of obvious political missteps can be properly understood is that Eric Cantor was quite purposefully sacrificed by the RINOs in order to advance a much more important agenda to destroy the Tea Party. \u00a0Surely Cantor must have known that he completely sabotaged any chance of re-election after engaging in this unseemly political behavior.<\/p>\n

Each of the following descriptions of Cantor’s more recent, self-destructive, political conduct has been excerpted from an April 22nd article by Matthew Boyle at Breitbart[1]:<\/p>\n

1) Medicare Bill Fiasco
\n\"Screen<\/p>\n

2) Attended Tropical Summit to undermine Tea Party
\n\"Screen<\/a>\u00a03) Ignored House Committee Chairman on Flood Insurance Bill
\n\"Screen<\/a>4) Using Illegal Immigrants as cannon fodder for the military via amnesty
\n\"Screen<\/a><\/p>\n

This list of very serious transgressions is only the tip of the iceberg where it concerns Eric Cantor’s betrayal of the Tea Party. \u00a0When his list of legislative initiatives is closely examined, it is clear that his agenda has been far removed from what he has always and reflexively stated to through various media outlets. \u00a0More importantly, his MO as House Minority Leader is what is the most suspect. \u00a0Cantor’s colleagues describe his well established pattern of being untrustworthy, unreliable and disloyal.<\/p>\n

Have politicians inside the Beltway become that ignorant, arrogant and out of touch with Americans?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

YES! \u00a0Even more out of touch than anyone can accurately portray. \u00a0Eric Cantor, whether he was a willing sacrifice or not, exhibited every kind of shortcoming a voter would want to look out for. \u00a0He was, as they say, the quintessential politician – standing for absolutely nothing, voting for those interests that compelled him through their sheer power and force and\/or raw wealth and money.<\/p>\n

The continuing saga of the Clinton Dynasty is a perfect example of this political expediency on the other side of the aisle. \u00a0Both Hill and Bill are extreme examples of principleless career politicians who will do whatever it takes to get elected and cling to power for the sake of \u00a0\u2026 \u2026 \u2026 what \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 who \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 why?<\/p>\n

Those, truly, are the 64 thousand dollar questions, the answers to which must be found, if the US electorate is to ever climb out of the morass of muddled thinking which got US into such a desperate and degenerate predicament.<\/p>\n

Eric Cantor’s loss is all the more significant by the fact that he spent $5,000,000 to $122,000 spent by his Tea Party backed challenger, David Brat. \u00a0Now that’s a message as loud and clear as any that has been sent in US electoral history. \u00a0Not only was Cantor the darling of the Republican establishment during the most critical midterm election season ever, he represents the extremely critical bellwether state of Virginia.<\/p>\n

Watch out for the Tea Party this November, cause it’s gonna get ugly \u2026 Real Ugly<\/strong><\/em>!<\/p>\n
