Nov. 10, 2016) \u2014 On Thursday afternoon, Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo was a guest<\/span><\/a> on the PNN Radio Network hosted by Carl Gallups<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 The broadcast was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. but was delayed due to some technical difficulties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo has led a five-year criminal investigation into the long-form birth certificate image<\/span><\/a> posted on the White House website purported to be a scan of a certified copy of Obama\u2019s original birth record.\u00a0 In 2012, Zullo and Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio<\/span><\/a> gave two press conferences during which they disclosed that investigators had found the birth certificate image and Obama\u2019s Selective Service registration form to be fraudulent.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first topic of the broadcast was the defeat of Arpaio in his bid for a seventh term on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups, who was sworn in as a \u201cspecial deputy<\/span><\/a>\u201d to Arpaio in March, said that he spoke with Arpaio by phone earlier on Thursday.\u00a0 Zullo said that Arpaio was \u201changing in there\u201d but that there was a \u201csadness\u201d from his election defeat.\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m very disappointed that he didn\u2019t win,\u201d Zullo said.\u00a0 He said that he believes that the Obama regime imposed \u201cunconstitutional regulations\u201d on Arpaio, referring to a federal judge\u2019s ruling that Arpaio had disobeyed his order to cease immigration patrols in a nine-year-old civil rights lawsuit which led to a criminal contempt charge<\/span><\/a> brought by the U.S. Justice Department.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Obama DOJ has previously investigated Arpaio for possible obstruction of justice and abuse of power but ultimately found no evidence to conclude that a crime had been committed.\u00a0 A DOJ civil-rights lawsuit filed against the MCSO was settled out of court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo said that Arpaio is being defended against the criminal contempt charge by an experienced Washington, DC law firm and that he believes the case will ultimately go to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo additionally revealed that during the campaign, Arpaio was under a gag order not to discuss the civil case which was presided over by U.S. District Court Judge G. Murray Snow.\u00a0 The criminal charge was announced by the DOJ on the same day on which early voting began in Arizona.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMillions of dollars were poured into his opponent\u2019s campaign by George Soros,\u201d Gallups said. Democrat Paul Penzone, although reportedly short on campaign funds prior to Soros\u2019s involvement, won by approximately 11 points.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups posited that Arpaio\u2019s position would be worse if Hillary Clinton had won the presidential election on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJoe Arpaio\u2019s story is not over,\u201d Gallups said, speculating that Arpaio would prevail on the criminal charge. If that were not to occur, \u201cI can\u2019t imagine that Donald Trump won\u2019t pardon him,\u201d Gallups speculated.\u00a0 \u201cHe\u2019s not going to prison over this.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo pointed out that there is a higher standard of proof required in a criminal case than in a civil case.\u00a0 \u201cThere is something terribly wrong with the way this whole thing has unfolded,\u201d Zullo contended, referring to hearings which took place last year which \u201cblew up\u201d an investigation Arpaio was conducting through a confidential informant, Dennis Montgomery.\u00a0 Montgomery later became a \u201cmaterial witness\u201d in an undisclosed criminal matter and was given two immunity agreements by the FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo said that Arpaio\u2019s appellate attorneys have identified dozens of examples of \u201cex parte communications\u201d on the part of Snow and others which they will ask to argue in court in January.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just before the 20-minute mark of the interview, Gallups changed the subject to the meeting<\/span><\/a> Trump and Obama had at 11:00 a.m. Thursday as it was presented by The Wall Street Journal, which reportedly mockingly invoked Trump\u2019s questioning of Obama\u2019s birth certificate beginning in 2011.\u00a0 \u201cThis \u2018birth certificate\u2019 thing is still huge,\u201d Gallups commented.<\/span><\/p>\n

The media, including The Wall Street Journal, were particularly hostile to Trump during the campaign, often ridiculing Trump\u2019s public questioning of Obama\u2019s eligibility and the White House\u2019s failure to release Obama\u2019s detailed birth record.<\/span><\/p>\n

One Wall Street Journal reporter was found in emails<\/span><\/a> released by WikiLeaks to have been working with the DNC. The Clinton campaign<\/span><\/a>, too, repeatedly criticized Trump for suggesting that the nation\u2019s \u201cfirst black president\u201d was born in another country or was somehow ineligible to hold the office of the presidency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups contended that \u201cthey actually went there in the Wall Street Journal today,\u201d invoking the publication\u2019s derisiveness in referring to Trump\u2019s questioning of Obama\u2019s eligibility.\u00a0 According to Gallups, The Journal implied that Trump was deferential to Obama during their meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 21:46, Zullo said, \u201cThey are so deathly afraid of this,\u201d meaning the media of the birth certificate investigation.\u00a0 Gallups then speculated that many Americans may have voted for Trump with the knowledge that if elected, he might pursue the truth about the image posted at whitehouse.gov<\/span><\/a> which the posse found to be a \u201ccomputer-generated forgery\u201d more than four years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNow it is going to come out forever, very soon,\u201d Gallups contended, with which Zullo concurred.\u00a0 \u201cWe have the true expert analysis of it\u2026and these people know what they\u2019re doing.\u00a0 It\u2019s going to be shown.\u00a0 People don\u2019t have any idea of what the last five years have been like\u2026it\u2019s been a rough road,\u201d Zullo said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo repeated his claim from 2013<\/span><\/a> wherein he said that the White House posted the long-form image \u201cwith the intent to deceive\u201d the voting public.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups challenged any governor to come forward and claim that \u201cObama was born in my state.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cThat governor does not exist,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo said that public servants, including former Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, have lied to perpetuate a false life narrative for Obama<\/b>.\u00a0 He told Gallups that the investigation is \u201calmost done.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups stressed that there is no government agency which was willing to launch its own investigation into the posse\u2019s findings regarding the long-form birth certificate image.\u00a0 Zullo confirmed that neither the media nor Congress responded to the information divulged in the two 2012 press conferences.\u00a0 \u201cNobody would look at it,\u201d he said.\u00a0 \u201cThe reason this is continuing\u2026is because the way this is unfolding and the evidence that\u2019s before us, no investigator worth his salt could close the book on this because of the way people have conducted themselves and tried to conceal their parts in this.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

At 36:24, Zullo invoked the work of Project Veritas<\/span><\/a>, which showed collusion among Democrat political action committees, the DNC and Clinton herself to disrupt Trump rallies and even incite violence.\u00a0 Zullo also mentioned WikiLeaks<\/span><\/a>, whose document releases in recent weeks showed DNC\/media collusion, and asked if it is beyond belief that the same people would stop at creating a fraudulent document to install its candidate of choice in the presidency.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 38:50, Zullo divulged that MSNBC\u2019s Chris Matthews asked him for an interview to take place directly after the first press conference on March 1, 2012, but that when Matthews saw the evidence presented, he canceled it.\u00a0 Fox News reportedly followed suit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo decried the media, which he said is attempting to change people\u2019s perceptions of \u201creality\u201d by putting forth a false narrative.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 42:06, Gallups provided a summary of the Cold Case Posse\u2019s investigation which began in September 2011.\u00a0 \u201cThat birth certificate is a fraudulent fabrication,\u201d<\/b> he said.\u00a0 He continued, \u201cYou\u2019re saying\u2026that you guys are getting ready to bring it forth.\u00a0 We\u2019ve got the alternative media, which has become more powerful than the mainstream.\u00a0 Now it\u2019s getting ready to be brought forward\u2026and we\u2019ll see what a Trump Congress and a Trump presidency and a Trump DOJ and a Trump FBI does with it.\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t speak for what the president-elect is going to do,\u201d Zullo said, adding that the posse\u2019s work \u201ccontinued on secretly\u201d in the midst of systemic government corruption and obstruction.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is going to stand on the merits of the work.\u00a0 This work is not the work that was done before; it\u2019s different,\u201d Zullo said, apparently referring to new information not yet released publicly.\u00a0 \u201cThis is not a joke\u2026this is the real deal.\u201d\u00a0 He said that \u201cforensic digital science\u201d<\/b> has been utilized in examining the birth certificate image by individuals who \u201ctrain law enforcement.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cThey\u2019ve been phenomenal with us,\u201d Zullo said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo told host Carl Gallups on Thursday that considerable forensic analyses have been conducted on the long-form birth certificate image posted at whitehouse.gov<\/span><\/a> more than five years ago which reinforce their conclusions that it is fraudulent<\/span><\/p>\n

He explained that the posse\u2019s findings are \u201ca federal matter.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

On a different note, Zullo said that he and his family have been threatened as a result of his work on the investigation.\u00a0 \u201cGod knows I didn\u2019t want to do any of this.\u00a0 If anything comes of this, perhaps some kind of legislation that permits the legal vetting \u2013 law enforcement type of vetting \u2013 of presidential candidates and transparency act that forces them to release birth certificates and passport information and documents\u2026\u201d Zullo hypothesized.\u00a0 \u201cWe can never have something like this happen again,\u201d he said, referring to the power of modern equipment and technology to produce forgeries.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re in a very perilous time here, and then you have a media that floats the narrative.\u00a0 Stop listening to the narrative; do your own research,\u201d he advised the audience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups said that the new information the posse has gathered is much more powerful than the conclusions announced from the two press conferences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo said that his character has been assassinated by the media\u2019s efforts to \u201cprotect\u201d the fraudulent birth certificate bearing Obama\u2019s name.\u00a0 \u201cThis is just unbelievable,\u201d Gallups responded, acknowledging that his name has also made \u201cinternational\u201d headlines for his involvement in the investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups indicated that when the results are made public, it will \u201cvindicate\u201d those who persisted in finding the truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWords mean a lot,\u201d Zullo rejoined, stating that certain \u201ctactics\u201d were used in an attempt to silence Zullo, Gallups and anyone else reporting on the fraudulent Obama documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo indicated that in light of his loss on Tuesday, Arpaio may be under consideration for a cabinet position in the Trump administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 1:10:30, Zullo divulged that there are \u201ccongresspeople,\u201d \u201cformer prosecutors\u201d and \u201cformer state attorney generals\u201d [sic] who are \u201capprised\u201d of what the posse has been investigating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups hypothesized that The Wall Street Journal and other media outlets are fearful that the truth about the Obama birth certificate will eventually emerge and praised the \u201calternative media\u201d for persisting in pursuing the matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo said that the investigation has taken its toll on him personally and financially and that there were times when he wanted to stop.\u00a0 He said his wife was completely supportive and encouraged him not to abandon that which he started.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gallups said that he is familiar with the information which Zullo and Arpaio are preparing to make public.<\/span><\/p>\n

Toward the end of the more-than-90-minute interview, Gallups pointed out that Trump \u201cgot the birth certificate on the White House website\u201d by his public calls for its release more than five years ago and \u201cis now the president,\u201d meaning the president-elect.\u00a0 He reminded his listeners that Arpaio endorsed Trump early on and most likely played a part in Arizona\u2019s electoral votes going to Trump on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zullo confirmed that \u201cbefore January, we\u2019re going to reveal what we have.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
