I&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n<p>FORD JR.: Has there ever been a\u00a0presidential candidate to say\u00a0that?<\/p>\n<p>SCARBOROUGH: If there are voting\u00a0irregularities, then any presidential candidate, anybody &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>MIKE BARNICLE: What would you have said?\u00a0What would your response be to\u00a0that question?<\/p>\n<p>SCARBOROUGH: I&#8217;d say yeah, I&#8217;ll certainly\u00a0respect the outcome of the\u00a0election. I of course would want to make\u00a0sure that&#8217;s fair. I will want to make sure that it&#8217;s fair, it&#8217;s on the up and up.<\/p>\n<p>BARNICLE: Well, he didn&#8217;t say that.<\/p>\n<p>SCARBOROUGH: Yeah but you know what? This is an\u00a0example the media got something\u00a0they can absolutely freak out\u00a0about and claim that he is an\u00a0agent of Vladimir Putin and\u00a0destroying democracy in America. And it&#8217;s just another example of\u00a0the media having to find a\u00a0little phrase and freak out. When\u00a0as a Republican I have listened\u00a0to Democrats talk about the only\u00a0two times we won the White House\u00a0in like 800 years that we stole\u00a0both elections.\u00a0I had to sit through\u00a0<i>Fahrenheit\u00a0<\/i><i>911<\/i>\u00a0and a lady was sobbing violently behind me\u00a0on the Upper West Side about the election\u00a0being stolen from George Bush\u00a0and I patted her halfway\u00a0through. I go, it&#8217;s all right,\u00a0it&#8217;s all right, ma&#8217;am.\u00a0It&#8217;s all right.\u00a0It&#8217;s all a lie anyway.\u00a0Democrats have been whining for\u00a016 years, they are still writing\u00a0articles about how Bush stole\u00a0the elections in 2000 and 2004.\u00a0So this holier than though\u00a0attitude about, &#8220;this is the first\u00a0time anyone has suggested that\u00a0the election is not a sacrosanct\u00a0process,&#8221; it&#8217;s a joke.
