Republican\u00a0presidential nominee\u00a0Donald Trump\u00a0said during the third presidential debate that the Clinton Foundation accepted millions of dollars in donations from counties that \u201ctreat women horribly.\u201d<\/span><\/h2>\n

Fact-Check:\u00a0TRUE<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump, in fact, mentioned that the Clinton Foundation took money from Qatar and Saudi Arabia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Indeed,\u00a0Saudi Arabia<\/span><\/a>\u00a0has donated up to $50 million to the Clinton Foundation, despite there horrid\u00a0human rights.\u00a0In fact,\u00a0Hillary Clinton\u2019s own Sate Department criticized Saudi Arabia<\/span><\/a>\u00a0for its \u201clack of equal rights for women and children\u201d and said human trafficking and violence against women are \u201ccommon\u201d in that country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qatar<\/a><\/span>\u00a0donated $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 to the Clinton Foundation despite Clinton being well aware of the country\u2019s horrific record of violence against women.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qatar, has \u201ccontinuing human rights concerns,\u201d according to a 2012\u00a0report released by Hillary Clinton\u2019s State Department<\/span><\/a>. Those human rights restrictions include \u201cfreedom of religion \u2026 trafficking in persons \u2026 legal, institutional, and cultural discrimination against women limited their participation in society.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
