To achieve the same effect, increased doses of the drug must be taken.

“Hillary, if she is going to be out in public for a debate, needs her drugs to last for something like two-and-a-half hours,” he continued. “If you stop taking your drugs for a period of time, and then restart them, the drugs will last quite a bit longer. Unfortunately, this is a controversial practice because it can have some serious consequences. But it seems like a realistic possibility, because most of the time in the debate Hillary was able to keep people from seeing any real signs.’’

He commented on the way Clinton walked on stage at the start of the debate, with “strides too long, with too much arm swing and her shoulders rotating more than normal.”

Noel speculated Hillary’s entrance could have a Parkinson’s trained gait.

“Parkinson’s sufferers typically develop a short, shuffling gait as their disease gets worse,” he commented. “It’s been known for about 20 years that if these people are trained to walk to a metronome, they end up with a much better gait and are able to get around more easily. Hillary’s entrance to me looked like she was walking with a metronome in her head.”

Next, Noel focused on Hillary’s hands during the debate, arguing that the
thumb and fingers movement when she stood at the podium exhibited a “pill-rolling tremor” movement.

News conference on plane after first debate

In second video Noel published on his website on Oct. 5, titled “NBC Lied to Cover Hillary’s Neurological Problems,” Noel argues NBC altered video of Clinton’s impromptu press conference aboard her campaign airplane following the second debate with Donald Trump.

Noel demonstrates what he believes is NBC editing done to hide an instance in which Clinton’s eyes crossed as she was answering press questions. Next, Noel runs the video in slow motion to show what he believes is evidence Clinton suffered a “brain freeze” when reporters shouted questions, requiring her to shift her gaze off to the right in order to reset her mind and regain composure.

“The truth is in plain view,” Noel comments at the end of his video. “But we probably wouldn’t have seen the Parkinson’s freeze if NBC News hadn’t gone ahead and doctored their video. NBC News couldn’t allow Clinton to be seen with eyes that do not move in convergence. That couldn’t be allowed because it would point toward Parkinson’s disease, and their hero can’t have Parkinson’s disease. So NBC News doctored their video and lied to America.”

Evidence from the second debate

Noel produced a third video after the second debate, titled “Hillary’s Parkinson’s Can’t Hide – Even at the Debate.”

At the start of the third video, Noel replays video of Hillary leaving the debate

The video shows Hillary clearly being assisted down a short flight of stairs by Bill Clinton supporting her right arm. When she reaches the bottom of the stairs, Noel utilizes slow motion to emphasize what looks like a Clinton “freeze,” as she points at the security van. Noel believes it shows her “apparently unable to comprehend what she should do next.”

Next, Noel demonstrates in the video taken at the impromptu press conference aboard Clinton’s campaign airplane following the second debate that Clinton’s eyes did not always move in unison. Several times as her eyes moved right to left, her left crossed too far to the right.

Running video of the second debate, Noel demonstrates two of what he maintains are at least seven instances in which Clinton’s eyes crossed during the debate.

‘Levodopa-induced dyskinesia’

To explain this phenomenon, Noel cites a medical paper published by Jacqueline M. S. Winterkorn, Ph.D., M.D., titled “Neuro-Ophthalmological Manifestations of Parkinson’s Disease.” The paper accompanied a lecture to the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society, NAMOS, in March 1999.

Noel suggests that Clinton withdrew from the campaign trail prior to the second debate because of a lack of physical stamina resulting from her ailments.

“Hillary evidently had to rest in preparation for the rigor of standing during a
90-minute non-stop televised debate,” he surmised. “The days off resting before a debate would have allowed Hillary to engage in another ‘drug holiday’ before the second debate, with the goal getting a more reliable and extended drug effect during the debate.

“The problem is that Hillary can’t hide everything,” Noel comments on the video. “In the course of the [second] debate there are a number of instances where Hillary’s eyes cross. The problem is the incidents come very quickly and they go very quickly.”

Noel tied his observations to medical explanations Winterkorn provided in her medical paper.

“Winterkorn points out that in Parkinson’s disease, the movement of eyes across to new targets, called ‘saccades,’ often is ‘dysmetric,’ meaning that the two eyes are different in their speed,” Noel comments. “But if we add ‘Levodopa-induced dyskinesia,’ that is a side effect of taking the drug Levodopa for a long time and having a high level in the blood, what happens is that one eye will tend to outrace the other. And this is exactly what we have been seeing with Hillary Clinton.”

Noel insists the eye movements fit a Parkinson’s disease drug toxicity known in medical terminology as Parkinson’s Disease Levodopa Induced Dyskinesia, or PD-LID. He suggests the phenomenon suggests Clinton is experiencing serious neurological damage – a progressive problem he believes will only become more severe as Clinton’s Parkinson’s Disease advances.

In a blog post on American Thinker Noel explained the significance.

“If Hillary Clinton merely has trouble moving, that would make her illness no more important than FDR’s polio,” he told WND.

“But Parkinson’s disease commonly progresses to mental difficulties,
including the inability to process information in order to make decisions. This would make Hillary unable to do the job in the Oval Office.”

List of documented health problems

Meanwhile, Kassicieh also believes Clinton suffers from a neurological disorder that disqualifies her from the presidency.

A leading headache specialist who directs the Florida Headache and Movement Disorder Center in Sarasota, Florida, he has compiled for WND various videos and screenshots he believes make a compelling case that Clinton should release all her medical records. He believes she should also submit to a comprehensive medical examination from a qualified, independent team of medically-qualified professionals and make the results public.

Last month, WND reported Kassicieh’s suspicion, based on an examination of the available public record, that Clinton is suffering from a serious neurological disease that he believes could be post-concussion syndrome. He said Clinton appears to have brain damage causing her to suffer a serious and progressive memory disorder.

“Ronald Reagan had minor memory blips that no one thought was a serious problem,” Kassicieh explained to WND. “He went on to develop full-blown Alzheimer’s disease. The leader of the free world cannot be someone who is
unable to remember important policies and positions they have promoted only last week or last month.”

Early this week, WND published Kassicieh’s findings that Clinton’s health problems were first evident during a press conference on Whitewater dating back to April 22, 1994, and have continued through earlier this month when in response to the Judicial Watch written interrogatories authorized by U.S. Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, Clinton answered that she didn’t recall 20 times.

“Hillary suffers from memory loss, lack of attention to detail, poor tolerance to confrontation, fatigue, exhaustion, lack of stamina, dizziness and gait unsteadiness, concentration problems and ‘brain freezes’ characterized by word finding difficulty,” Kassicieh explained to WND.

Kassicieh catalogued for WND a list of documented health problems Clinton has suffered that include the following:

Recurrent respiratory ailments, including coughing attacks attributed to allergies and dehydration with pneumonia;

Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), for which Clinton takes Armour Thyroid;

Deep vein thrombosis (blood clots in the leg), for which Clinton was prescribed in 1988 to take Lovenox, a blood thinner, later replaced by the anticoagulant Coumadin (also known as Warfarin);

Brain concussion resulting in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, CVST (blood clot in the head behind the ear), which required hospitalization;

Double vision requiring the wearing of special glasses fitted with Fresnel lenses;

Fractured right elbow suffered in a fall; and,

Syncopal episodes (fainting) first suffered during the week of Dec. 9, 2012, and repeated in Clinton’s visit to a 9/11 ceremony in New York City on Sept. 11. It’s been a recurring problem for years according to Bill Clinton.

The following videos, selected by Kassicieh, are not presented in any particular order, nor was Kassicieh certain the health problems seen in thevarious videos would be related to the same issue.
