Trump promised he was clean, saying: &#8220;I&#8217;m willing to do it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He mocked Hillary Clinton&#8217;s memory, saying she told the FBI &#8220;I don&#8217;t remember&#8221; 39 times when questioned about her private email server. &#8220;Maybe that&#8217;s why she has to do debate prep,&#8221; Trump quipped. &#8220;Cause she&#8217;s got a bad memory.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A lot of things are going on folks,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;I think she&#8217;s actually getting pumped up if you want to know the truth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s getting pumped up. You understand?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Several prominent Democrats, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2016\/09\/30\/howard_dean_media_needs_to_apologize_for_trump_free_ride_we_dont_know_he_never_used_cocaine.html\">including former Vermont Governor Howard Dean<\/a>, suggested that Donald Trump looked like he was on cocaine at the second debate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s getting pumped up for [the debate] Wednesday night&#8230; You know maybe, we&#8217;re like athletes. I beat 17 governors and senators, I beat all these people, we&#8217;re like athletes. Hillary beat Bernie, although it looks like Bernie got a little bit of a bad deal if you look at the WikiLeaks. But we&#8217;re like athletes,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So athletes, they make them take a drug test. I think we should take a drug test prior to the debate,&#8221; he said, drawing cheers from the crowd.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Why don&#8217;t we do that?
