Super PACs are required to submit these reports\u00a0quarterly,\u00a0enabling a close to real time analysis of their financials.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fec.gov\/fecviewer\/CandidateCommitteeDetail.do?candidateCommitteeId=C00578997&amp;tabIndex=3\">Correct the Record<\/a> is a David Brock Super PAC. \u00a0As we exposed in\u00a0a\u00a0previous <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecitizensaudit.com\/2016\/09\/14\/david-brock-shadow-campaign\/\">report<\/a>, Correct the Record openly collaborates with the Clinton Campaign due to loopholes in our campaign finance system. \u00a0They\u2019ve raised over\u00a0$6 million\u00a0to support\u00a0Clinton this election season. \u00a0 Every dollar came in\u00a0through\u00a0Brock\u2019s unregistered solicitor, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecitizensaudit.com\/2016\/09\/19\/money-laundering-david-brock\/\">Bonner Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h3>Key players at the Bonner Group<\/h3>\n<p>The Bonner Group submitted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sos.state.co.us\/ccsa\/ViewReports.do?evEntityType=PS&amp;ceId=164885&amp;evId=164885&amp;evAcctId=20163008273\">this document<\/a> to Colorado on March 7th, 2016. \u00a0In it, the\u00a0names and titles of their executive personnel are revealed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mary Pat Bonner \u2013 President<\/li>\n<li>Clifford Eichler II \u2013 Vice President<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allison Thomson Luca \u2013 Senior Vice President \u2013\u00a0Operations &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-361\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thecitizensaudit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Allison-Luca-Colorado-Registration.jpg?189db0\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 927px) \/><\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Allison Thompson Luca is identified alongside Mary Pat Bonner as being in charge of solicitation activities at the Bonner Group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Why does this matter?<\/h3>\n<p>Allison Thompson Luca is the senior Vice President of the Bonner Group. \u00a0She\u2019s one of the two individuals that are in charge of all solicitation activities.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the Bonner Group, Allison Thompson Luca has helped\u00a0raise over $6 million for Correct the Record, resulting in a total of\u00a0<strong>$647,266 <\/strong>in<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>commission payments for the group. \u00a0The last recorded commission payment was just <a href=\"http:\/\/docquery.fec.gov\/cgi-bin\/fecimg\/?201607159020655334\">3 months ago<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Correct the Record has also\u00a0made two payments totaling $40,000 to the\u00a0Luca Strategy Group, LLC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/docquery.fec.gov\/cgi-bin\/fecimg\/?201604159012556720\">$30,000<\/a> on March 31st, 2016<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/docquery.fec.gov\/cgi-bin\/fecimg\/?201607159020655401\">$10,000<\/a> on May 4th, 2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Luca Strategy Group, LLC<\/h3>\n<p>Below is the May 4th payment\u00a0reported to the FEC:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-362\" check\u00a0was made out to an address in Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>Sure enough, the Luca Strategy Group is registered as an LLC in <a href=\"http:\/\/sccefile.scc.virginia.gov\/Business\/S607973\">Virginia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-364\" have a match; the business name and address matches the receipt filed to the FEC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Notice the date of Formation?<\/h3>\n<p>Luca Strategy Group was registered as an entity on March 16th, 2016. \u00a0 Just two weeks later, they received\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/docquery.fec.gov\/cgi-bin\/fecimg\/?201604159012556720\">$30,000<\/a>\u00a0from Correct the Record.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>It doesn\u2019t stop there<\/h4>\n<p>Allison Luca is the Registered Agent\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sccefile.scc.virginia.gov\/Documents\/1603166048.pdf?documentName=1603166048\">Organizer<\/a> for the Luca Strategy Group!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-366\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thecitizensaudit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Allison-Luca-in-Virginia.jpg?189db0\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 405px) 100vw, \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yes,\u00a0this is the same Allison Thomson Luca\u00a0representing the\u00a0Bonner Group as its Senior VP!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>See\u00a0what happened?<\/h3>\n<p>Since\u00a0July 2015, the Bonner Group has collected a total of \u00a0<strong>$647,266\u00a0<\/strong>in monthly commission payments from Correct the Record Super PAC.<\/p>\n<p>Allison Thompson Luca is the\u00a0Senior VP\u00a0at the Bonner Group. \u00a0She\u2019s in charge of all solicitation activities.<\/p>\n<p>On March 16th, 2016, Luca formed an\u00a0LLC at her home address in Virginia \u2013 the Luca Strategy Group.<\/p>\n<p>Between March 31st, 2016, and May 4th, 2016, Correct the Record disbursed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$248,593 to the Bonner Group<\/li>\n<li>$40,000 to Allison Luca via her LLC, the Luca Strategy Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Best case scenario, this is a\u00a0<em>massive<\/em> conflict of interest for the Bonner Group. \u00a0Their Senior VP is\u00a0collecting double-pay from their client.<\/p>\n<p>Worst case scenario, this is another example of fraud at David Brock\u2019s Washington DC office.
