Jerome R. Corsi \u2018Hillary has done nothing for women and children\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n WND asked Al-Shibani what Clinton has done for the women and children of Libya.<\/p>\n \u201cShe has done nothing to help women and children in Libya,\u201d he responded. \u201cUnder Gadhafi women were free to be educated, women were not required to wear any special clothing and women were free to walk the streets.\u201d<\/p>\n Now, he said there are \u201cthousands of families destroyed by the radicals, with the women now living under Shariah law with no education, no good health, no schools, no good food, because of Hillary Clinton\u2019s policies.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThousands are displaced and the militants control a great part of Libya,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n He described the deplorable state of women and children in Libya after the coup.<\/p>\n \u201cWomen in Libya are imprisoned by the radicals by the thousands,\u201d Shibani said. \u201cWomen have lost their husbands, their sons, their fathers. Some women are in prison for as long as five years,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is inhuman, against our culture. Women in prison are being raped and tortured. Young girls grabbed off the street and forced into sex slavery. When a woman gets out of the prison, she will be cut off from society,\u201d said Shibani.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are shocked that those who preach democracy like Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would allow women in Libya to be treated so horribly.\u201d<\/p>\n In light of their traditional Islamic customs, tribal leaders further expressed concern that the women and girls raped and abused in prison will be regarded as permanently defiled by their communities after they are released.<\/p>\n \u2018We don\u2019t understand\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n Libya\u2019s three competing governments currently are the following<\/p>\n \u201cWe don\u2019t understand how Hillary Clinton and the international community can preach democracy while supporting the radicals in Libya who aim to rule Libya by force and violence,\u201d Shibani said. \u201cThe only government promoting democracy in Libya is the elected parliament in Tobruk.\u201d<\/p>\n Shibani stressed the parliamentary government in Tobruk, the only one elected by the Libyan people, is the only one of Libya\u2019s three governments that the tribal leaders consider legitimate. The others are considered to be mere extensions of the Obama administration, NATO and the United Nations.<\/p>\n WND has been working for months to set up the Skype video conference call but has been hindered by efforts of the Tripoli self-proclaimed government to interfere with the Internet access available to the tribal leaders, who constitute the majority of Libya\u2019s parliamentary government.<\/p>\n \u2018Hillary and her group wanted to control the oil\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n Shibani accused Clinton of being the architect of the deplorable condition in which Libya now finds itself, under the control of competing radical Islamic militia with close ties to al-Qaida and ISIS.<\/p>\n He asserted the motive of \u201cClinton and her group\u201d was to gain control of Libya\u2019s oil field for the Muslim Brotherhood, using the Islamic militia with ties to al-Qaida and ISIS to wrest control from the Libyan National Army and the Libyan tribes.<\/p>\n \u201cSecretary Clinton orchestrated the plot with NATO that destroyed Libya for personal gain,\u201d he said. \u201cSecretary Clinton refused to support the Libyan National Army that wants to protect the oil fields for the people of Libya. Instead, Clinton and her group support the radicals aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood to control the oil fields and the oil revenue.\u201d<\/p>\n Shibani explained his concern that Clinton supported the weapons embargo that has blocked the flow of arms to the Libyan National Army, while at the same time authorizing Ambassador Chris Stevens in Benghazi to be responsible for arming the radical militia that ousted Gadhafi.<\/p>\n On October 2015, WND reported<\/a> new documentary evidence of a secret State Department gunrunning operation, confirming Clinton was responsible for shipping weapons into Libya with the goal of ousting Gadhafi.<\/p>\n Shibani stated that unless the Libyans are allowed to rid their country of the Islamists, Libya for the foreseeable future will most likely remain a failed state.<\/p>\n \u201cFor generations the black tribes of Libya have lived in peace with the other tribes and peoples of this country,\u201d Shibani stressed.<\/p>\n He contended the militia engaging in genocide against the black tribes in Libya are outsiders, imported into the country by Obama, Clinton, NATO and the United Nations to grab for international profit Libya\u2019s abundant oil resources.<\/p>\n Shibani believes greed is behind Hillary Clinton\u2019s decision to join forces with the Muslim Brotherhood and the other Islamic terrorists in ousting Gadhafi, destabilizing Libya and killing Muslims across northern Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n A report by Human Rights Investigations, HRI, has characterized the violence done by Islamic militia in Libya to the Tawergha tribe \u201cnot just ethnic violence\u201d but according to the legal definition, genocide.<\/p>\n In a report dated Sept. 26, 2011,<\/a> HRI said it has \u201cgrave concerns, not only for dark-skinned people in Libya generally, but also for pro-Gaddafi tribes including the Gaddafa and al-Meshashyas. \u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe also have particular concern for the Tuareg of southern Libya who are being accused of being \u2018mercenaries\u2019 and under attack from NATO and rebel forces. But the greatest concern is perhaps for the Tawergha.\u201d<\/p>\n
