A Federal judge has ordered the State Department to release Hillary Clinton\u2019s newly discovered emails and long-overdue schedule records and to do so before the November election.<\/p>\n
The State Department\u2019s response? \u2018No.\u2019<\/p>\n
Obama\u2019s State Department is simply refusing. They have a lawful court order demanding that they release the \u2018deleted\u2019 emails that the FBI discovered in the \u2018slack space\u2019 of Hillary Clinton\u2019s server. They have also been ordered to release the remainder of Hillary Clinton\u2019s schedules from when she was Secretary of State.<\/p>\n
And all that has to be done, according to the court, before the November election.<\/p>\n
Obama\u2019s State Department is telling the court that they\u2019ll release these documents on their own timetable\u2026 and after the election!<\/p>\n
The Obama administration just openly defied a court order and declared they will not<\/em> release Hillary\u2019s deleted emails and schedules until after the election! Send your FaxBlast and DEMAND that they subpoena and seize these documents immediately!<\/a><\/p>\n This is corruption at its worst. This is a lawful court order from not just one, but TWO Federal judges demanding that the State Department release these documents.<\/p>\n These are emails that Hillary Clinton tried desperately to delete but the FBI was able to recover. They have been confirmed to include emails that talk about the Benghazi attacks.<\/p>\n The order also requires the release of Clinton\u2019s State Dept. schedules. These are the schedules that the Clinton camp literally burned to try to destroy from the record, but the FBI found digital copies on the server.<\/p>\n It came out this week that half of all private meetings Clinton had while she was Secretary of State were with Clinton Foundation donors. The only reason we know this is because of the Clinton schedules that were released so far.<\/p>\n That is why they are trying so hard to slow-walk this release. The last thing the Obama administration wants is to release any more evidence of Hillary\u2019s lawlessness. So they\u2019re just not going to do it.<\/p>\n This is unacceptable.<\/p>\n The Executive Branch had its opportunity to follow the law and release these documents\u2026 they refused.<\/p>\n The Judicial Branch tried to force the Obama administration to obey the law and release the documents\u2026 they failed.<\/p>\n It is now up to Congress\u2026 It is up to YOU!<\/p>\n
