Mills on August 19, 2011 featuring the text of an article entitled <em>Do You Suffer From Decision Fatigue?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\">The article talks about how people in positions of power and influence can suffer from \u201cdecision fatigue\u201d that causes them to be \u201clow on mental energy\u201d and prompts the sufferer to \u201cbecome reckless\u201d and \u201cact impulsively\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\"><strong>The article also explains how \u201cdecision fatigue\u201d could explain why \u201cordinarily sensible people get angry at colleagues,\u201d which is possibly a nod to<a href=\"http:\/\/nypost.com\/2015\/10\/10\/hillary-clintons-camp-she-could-have-a-serious-melt-down\/\"> Clinton\u2019s infamous temper tantrums<\/a> that have left her staffers in tears.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user3303\/imageroot\/2016\/08\/19\/20160824_hillary2.jpg\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user3303\/imageroot\/2016\/08\/19\/20160824_hillary2_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\"><em><strong>\u201cWow that is spooky descriptive,\u201d wrote Hillary in response to the article.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\">In a separate <a href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/clinton-emails\/emailid\/25404\">email<\/a> sent two months later, <strong>Hillary received information from her top foreign policy advisor Jacob Sullivan about a drug called Provigil (Modafinil)&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user3303\/imageroot\/2016\/08\/19\/20160824_hillary1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/user3303\/imageroot\/2016\/08\/19\/20160824_hillary1_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"unnamed10\">Which is used to treat \u201cexcessive sleepiness in patients with Parkinson\u2019s, Alzheimer\u2019s, and multiple sclerosis,\u201d as well as \u201cexcessive sleepiness caused by narcolepsy\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Clinton looked at drug after suffering from &#39;decision fatigue&#39;
