REUTERS\/Charles Mostoller\" \/><span class=\"image_caption_toggle_off\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ob-read-more-selector\">\n<div id=\"dc-word-up\">\n<p>Jonah Bennett<br \/>\nThe Daily Caller<\/p>\n<p>A leaked Army operational security\u00a0brief appears to show Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and former CIA Director David Petraeus listed as two key examples of potential insider threats.<\/p>\n<p>Admins of\u00a0the Facebook page \u201cU.S. Army W.T.F! moments\u201d told The Daily Caller News Foundation this is the second time they\u2019ve received a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/usawtfm\/photos\/a.391474713605.169598.242181938605\/10154545434223606\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\">picture of this particular slide<\/a> in the last six months. The text of \u201ccareless or disgruntled employees\u201d echoes\u00a0FBI Director James Comey\u2019s\u00a0description, \u201cextremely careless,\u201d of\u00a0Clinton\u2019s handling of top secret and classified information when she served as Secretary of State. Comey then went on to recommend to the Department of Justice that no criminal charges be filed\u00a0against her.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/form>\n<p>During her time at the Department of State, Clinton conducted official government business via\u00a0a private email address on a private email server.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNone of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these emails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at agencies and departments of the United States government \u2014 or even with a commercial email service like Gmail,\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2016\/07\/05\/politics\/fbi-clinton-email-server-comey-damning-lines\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comey said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The State Department has released around 30,000 of Clinton\u2019s emails. Clinton deleted the rest, numbering around 32,000,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2016\/05\/27\/us\/politics\/what-we-know-about-hillary-clintons-private-email-server.html\" target=\"_blank\">saying they were merely personal messages<\/a>\u00a0and not work-related.<\/p>\n<p>Retired Army Gen. David Petraeus, who served as director of the CIA from September 2011 to November 2012, is also listed in the slideshow.<\/p>\n<p>He <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2015\/04\/23\/timeline-general-david-petraeus-paula-broadwell-jill-kelley\/26245095\/\" target=\"_blank\">divulged classified information to his biographer<\/a>, Paula Broadwell, with whom he was also having an affair in November 2011. Pestraeus\u00a0denied to the FBI that he shared any classified information with Broadwell and in November 2012 signed a form stating that he was not in possession of any classified material.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2013, the FBI seized eight binders full of classified info from Petraeus\u2019 home. He had kept the binders in an unsecured drawer in his house.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2015, Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified information. As the brief suggests, he is a quintessential example of an insider\u00a0handing over classified materials to people not authorized to view them.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear to what unit the opsec briefing was delivered.
