By its continuing failure to relentlessly oppose America’s
\nunending wars, the left is fully complicit in the evils associated
\nwith our imperial wars and crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n
For as long as I can remember, I have been embarrassed by
\nthose who celebrate themselves as liberals, progressives and of
\n“the left!”<\/p>\n
That is primarily because of the failure of these left-leaning people
\nto be sufficiently anti-war in the face of America’s unending imperialism
\nand wars of aggression.<\/p>\n
These “progressives” seem comfortable with saving the environment,
\nendangered animals and gays along with providing free health care and
\neducation for the disadvantaged while their country bombs nation
\nafter nation into oblivion.<\/p>\n
This apparent trade-off between the welfare state left and the warfare
\nstate right has led to the creation of a quasi-police state at home and
\nan over-reaching imperium abroad.<\/p>\n
