Unfortunately, that alone won\u2019t likely be enough to stop it. Even President Obama\u2019s decision not to send additional money for law enforcement only enhances the idea that the Black Lives Matter ships have set sail.<\/a> Next stops: The Battled at Philidelphia and Cleveland.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The traditional course of events in a Black Flag dictate that after a horrific event takes place, and\u00a0upon careful examination, only then can the entities, groups, or the nations that executed the event be identified. In the case of the Black Lives Matter movement, they\u2019re being told LONG in advance they\u2019re being used as someone else\u2019s pawns, but they just don\u2019t get it. In my own study of black flag events, I\u2019ve never seen a group being set up to take the fall\u00a0get so much advance notice.
