The messages claim the endorsement and support of U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Their alleged goal, as stated in the messages, is to cancel the Presidential election and keep Barack Obama in office, while also giving him a justification to attempt a declaration of martial law (something nowhere authorized by the Constitution \u2013 see below).\u00a0 The private direct message conversation over the course of several days between BLM activists DeRay McKesson, Johnetta Elzie, and Samuel Sinyangwe has been reported as follows<\/a>:<\/p>\n JOHNETTA ELZIE: \u201cHave you spoken with Mrs. Lynch [Attorney General Loretta Lynch] recently about the plan for the summer and fall leading up to the elections.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cWe spoke two weeks and they want us to start really pushing how racist Trump is now instead of waiting so the others can start getting the protesters ready to shut both conventions down.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cIf we can get both conventions shut down for messing over Bernie and for having racist Trump, then get martial law declared so Obama can stay in office we will win. Call you soon when I get to my dads so I can use his landline and we can talk more on this.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cWe have to make sure that we use our voices to keep people disrupting Trump all summer and through the fall so martial law can be declared\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n SAMUEL SINYANGWE: \u201cI wanted to touch base with you about the summer of chaos. So far we have over 2,000 people bused in from different cities and another 6,000 to 8,000 expected to drive into Cleveland for the Convention.\u201d<\/p>\n SAMUEL SINYANGWE: \u201cThey will not be ready for the crowds we are bringing and they will blame Trump for it, especially if we shut it down. The GOP will have to replace him at that point or we will continue the disruptions nationwide.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cI will pass the info along. Good work, Sam. You never let us down. It\u2019s so important we stop Trump. He can not be president. He will destroy everything we worked so hard for and we can\u2019t trust\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201c\u2026today and he [Sam?] confirmed that there will be around 10,000 protesters disrupting the [Republican] convention. Plans are being made for other cities as well for upcoming Trump events. Ads have already been placed looking for people to help. I know you don\u2019t care for them [white people] but this is the time we need our white allies doing a lot of the work for us. They are the ones who listen the best.\u201d<\/p>\n JOHNETTA ELZIE: \u201cThat will put fear into the GOP and the country when they can\u2019t have their convention for all their racist supporting Trump. We\u2019ve worked too hard and closely with the Obama administration to have that racist ass take it all away and Hillary\u2026. You know I can\u2019t stand those white allies, but yo right this is the best to use them. They hang on every word you say and will do whatever is asked. I just hate all that kiss ass they try to do. Like that changes who they are.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cWe have a lot of white allies volunteering for Trump\u2019s campaign to pass along information to us before it\u2019s made public so we know when rallies are coming up before they are announced. That way we can plan major disruptions in those cities in advance. I\u2019ll be glad when we shut his ass down.\u201d<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201cWith the support we have from Mrs. Lynch and the help we\u2019ve got from Sam and others it won\u2019t be hard to cause enough\u2026.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n At the Aspen Ideas Festival, DeRay McKesson discussed plans for protests during the DNC and RNC, as reported by USA Today<\/a>.\u00a0 He also discussed reservations regarding Hillary Clinton and his total distain for Donald Trump, whom he called \u201cevil.\u201d<\/p>\n You can watch the video of the interview here<\/a>.<\/p>\n It is interesting to note that Attorney General Loretta Lynch<\/a> and DeRay McKesson<\/a> were both speakers at the 2016 Aspen Ideas Festival. There are speculative reports of the two meeting during this event. What is known is that DeRay has been in attendance at meetings<\/a> with the Attorney General over the past year.<\/p>\n We know that Samuel Sinyangwe had an exchange with a follower on twitter asking about the above messages. Samuel claims they are \u201cphotoshopped tweets Trump supporters are dumb enough to believe<\/a>\u201d.\u00a0 We also know that following the release of the messages above, federal agents from the FBI, DHS, and Secret Service began knocking on the doors of BLM activists and community organizers in Cleveland<\/a> asking about their plans for disrupting the RNC.\u00a0 Yesterday evening (July 5, 2016), DeRay posted the following message<\/a> on twitter referencing an article about Donald Trump:<\/p>\n DERAY MCKESSON: \u201che has to be stopped<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I have asked technicians that are experts in Photoshop to review the purported messages.\u00a0 These technicians reported that many of<\/strong> the images are either legitimate or done by someone with significant skills. They tell me that to replicate some of<\/strong> the images would take hundreds of hours. They also reported that most of<\/strong> the images are exactly 576\u00d71024 pixels at 24 bit depth 96dpi with no detectable fragments or overlays. They reported that most of the images<\/strong> are what would be expected from an HTC One phone. They also reported that in order to replicate some of<\/strong> the images as\u00a0presented with various scroll positions would be extremely difficult. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a \u201cstate of emergency\u201d on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state\u2019s legislature and governor. <\/strong><\/p>\n One of the causes of the American Revolution was the attempt \u201cto render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power\u201d by disbanding the Massachusetts legislature and appointing General Gage as \u201cmilitary governor.\u201d The attempt to disarm the people of Massachusetts during that martial law sparked our Revolution. Accordingly, the power to impose martial law \u2013 the absolute rule over the people by a military officer with his will alone being law \u2013 is nowhere enumerated in our Constitution.<\/p>\n Further, it is the militia of a state and of the several states that the Constitution contemplates being used in any context, during any emergency within a state, not the standing army.<\/p>\n The imposition of martial law by the national government over a state and its people, treating them as an occupied enemy nation, is an act of war. Such an attempted suspension of the Constitution and Bill of Rights voids the compact with the states and with the people.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n And very closely related is #3 of our Declaration:<\/p>\n 3. We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizens as \u201cunlawful enemy combatants\u201d or to subject them to trial by military tribunal.<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the causes of the American Revolution was the denial of the right to jury trial, the use of admiralty courts (military tribunals) instead, and the application of the laws of war to the colonists. After that experience, and being well aware of the infamous Star Chamber in English history, the Founders ensured that the international laws of war would apply only to foreign enemies, not to the American people. Thus, the Article III Treason Clause establishes the only constitutional form of trial for an American, not serving in the military, who is accused of making war on his own nation. Such a trial for treason must be before a civilian jury, not a tribunal.<\/p>\n The international laws of war do not trump our Bill of Rights. We reject as illegitimate any such claimed power, as did the Supreme Court in Ex Parte Milligan (1865). Any attempt to apply the laws of war to American civilians, under any pretext, such as against domestic \u201cmilitia\u201d groups the government brands \u201cdomestic terrorists,\u201d is an act of war and an act of treason.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Both of those are toward the front of our Declaration for very good reasons.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cMartial law\u201d is simply the unlimited will of the commander on the battlefield, and is what we imposed on defeated foreign enemy nations such as occupied Germany or Japan (in Japan, General MacArthur ruled the Japanese as a supreme, unlimited ruler, subject only to the laws of war, during the occupation).\u00a0\u00a0 There is no power anywhere granted by our Constitution for any branch of the federal government to treat the American people as an occupied enemy nation.\u00a0\u00a0 And any attempt to impose \u201cmartial law\u201d and suspend elections will be treated as a bright line trip wire and will bring on open armed conflict between the regime and we of the American warrior class \u2013 and it well should.\u00a0 When those in government positions attempt to suspend the very Constitution that created the offices they hold, and attempt to unleash unlimited military power on the people, it is an act of war against the Republic, and against the people, and thus an act of open treason, and at that point, we will be duty bound to resist it with arms, just as our forefathers were duty bound to resist General Gage\u2019s \u201cmartial law\u201d usurpation and tyranny with arms.\u00a0\u00a0 We are on the eve of such a conflict, yet again (and that is unfortunately true even if these messages are fake, since the modern \u201clong train of abuses\u201d is amply evident without them).\u00a0\u00a0 And I believe enough of us in the warrior class know and understand this, and see this whole regime as fundamentally illegitimate, that whatever the excuse, it would not be accepted and we would fight.<\/p>\n Because it is such an important topic, I will write more extensively on this, and what must be done now to counter such plans and prepare for what is coming (hint:\u00a0 got CPT<\/a>?\u00a0 Got neighborhood watch?\u00a0 Got town civil defense?\u00a0 Got posse?
