Department of Justice Woefully Fails the American People<\/h2>\n

Quite obviously, only the American people can fire Director Comey by
\ndemanding his immediate resignation and subsequent arrest for treason,
\nfollowed by\u00a0a trial by jury and life imprisonment.<\/h3>\n

FBI Director James B. Comey just betrayed the American people in the worst way.<\/p>\n

Hillary Clinton avoids criminal charges for the worst violations of the National Security Act and Espionage Act\u00a0ever perpetrated (publicly known violations, of course), according to the Federal Bureau Investigation.<\/p>\n

\nSpecial Note:<\/strong>
\nThere is no question that Director Comey offered much unsolicited and very damning evidence pointing to a criminal indictment during his one-sided press conference today. That may be his way of stealthily taking Clinton down. However, the rule of law doesn\u2019t work that way. As one of the top law enforcement officers in the land, he has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and to enforce the federal statutes. An FBI Director has an even greater obligation to take this solemn responsibility very seriously when responding to misconduct by the highest ranking officials in government because of the tremendous damage that can be caused with certain violations of law. Toward that end Comey ought to have decided on the side of certain compliance with both the letter and the spirit of the law, especially in the case of a serial transgressor like Hillary. Particularly in view of the total lost of trust in government and other societal institutions by the citizenry, the aggressive prosecution of this egregious case (Remember Watergate!)\u00a0would have restored some of that confidence. James B. Comey should have resigned rather than willfully join the cover-up of one of the greatest political scandals in American history. Even if his true masters threatened him with every manner of personal and political destruction, he should have left the reservation regardless of the consequences. He woefully failed the FBI, the US Government and the American people through his cowardly inaction.

And she violated that NSA with obvious willful intent and a very personal agenda which effectuated unconscionable enrichment to her husband and the Clinton Foundation.<\/p>\n

However, it was the illegal activity which took place with Clinton\u2019s server and email account, while conducting serious business at State, which is really at the core of this sordid saga. \u00a0For it was the instigation and prosecution of unlawful wars of unprovoked aggression by the Obama Administration which her private email system was used for.<\/p>\n
