The truth has come out finally and conclusively<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

We hope to soon have The Puzzle Project up\u00a0and running\u2013\u00a0a national level\u00a0fact-finding mission in support of\u00a0Public Interest Litigation\u00a0before the\u00a0World Court and the UN Trust\u00a0Committees.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

This work only suffers from the common ailment\u2014 we all face a
\nLARGE fraud and its attendant criminality which has taken root in so many
\ncountries and in so many sectors of society that it is natural to see
\nthe \u201ctree\u201d \u2014 the so-called judicial system in the U.S. \u2014 without
\ngrasping the larger picture.<\/span><\/p>\n

The problem isn\u2019t just the judicial system running hopelessly amok.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s the fact that all so-called \u201cgovernments\u201d are actually nothing but
\nprivately owned and operated \u201cgovernmental services corporations\u201d
\nbeing run by international banking cartels that have operated under
\nconditions of secrecy and deceit to co-opt lawful government and
\ninstigate a vast web of fraud and criminality throughout the world.It\u2019s not just the Federal United States. It\u2019s the \u201cgovernment\u201d of the\u00a0UK, CANADA, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN\u2026.. all fakes.The truth has come out finally and conclusively. There are so manypeople to thank for that, it beggars description\u2026.the rats have\u00a0been fully and absolutely exposed. The criminality of the banking\u00a0system has been fully documented by\u00a0The Paradigm Project<\/b>\u2014 Heather
\nTucci-Jaref and others. A few American lawyers remained true to the
\nAmerican cause and a few DOD employees did too, and they all did their
\nactual jobs. As a result, the bankers are caught, dead in the water.
\nAnd the fraud is at an end, no longer something that can be suppressed
\nand contained by filthy politicians and bankers meeting in secret.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rats in DC are in a bad position, and more and more of them are
\nrealizing it. 177 nations worldwide have recognized that the \u201cFederal
\nUnited States\u201d has acted as a criminal syndicate and that it has been
\noperating in a form and in a way forbidden by its charter and the
\ntreaty and trust documents allowing its existence, so that it has not
\nfaithfully \u201crepresented\u201d the Continental United States and the
\nAmerican People, but has instead been misusing and abusing Americans
\nat home and then also misusing American resources including the Armed
\nForces as Bullies against other countries, fomenting war for profit,
\nand engaging in every kind of vice and war profiteering in \u201ctarget
\ncountries.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

While we Americans have been kept ignorant and clueless by the
\nperpetrators of these fraud schemes (all of which are easily
\nrecognized as classic bunko schemes executed on an unimaginably
\nlarge scale) what I would most like to share with the rest of the
\nworld at this point is that\u00a0the American People \u2014 the People of the<\/b>
\nContinental United States<\/b>\u00a0as opposed to some elements operating the
\nFederal United States \u2014-are good people, moral people, peace-loving,<\/b>
\nhard-working, God-fearing people.<\/b>\u00a0We were lied to, bullied,
\npurposefully deceived, taxed to death,\u00a0deprived of basic rights<\/b>
\nguaranteed by our actual Constitution,<\/b>\u00a0press-ganged into the
\ninternational jurisdiction of the sea, and defrauded of our labor and
\nour actual property assets.\u00a0We suffered along with the rest of the<\/b>
\nworld.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Those responsible include the Crown Corporation and its agencies and
\nsubsidiaries, the government of the Inner City of London aka
\nWESTMINSTER, the Lord Mayor, the Lords of the Admiralty, the British
\nMonarch dba ELIZABETH II, IMF, FEDERAL RESERVE, THE UNITED STATES OF\u00a0AMERICA, INC., and so on. Please note that\u00a0the British Monarch is the<\/b>
\nAmerican International Trustee on the High Seas and Inland Waterways\u00a0<\/b>and that all the abuse we have suffered and which the rest of the
\nworld has endured, too,\u00a0has been caused by British mismanagement and<\/b>
\nwar-mongering for profit<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The other thing I would like the world to know is that many American
\ngovernment officials, even members of Congress, were kept in the dark.
\nThis entire criminal scheme was designed to be operated by just a few
\nat the top.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, I would like the rest of the world to know that preliminary
\nestimates indicate that only about 20% of the money appropriated to
\nfund domestic American welfare relief ever made it to any poor people,
\nand less than 2% of the money appropriated as foreign aid ever made it
\nto the intended recipients in other countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

The American People have been defrauded and had the lion\u2019s share of
\ntheir intended assistance to others at home and abroad siphoned off to
\nfund criminal activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The facts are now speaking for themselves. Anyone who wants to argue
\nwith me or cast aspersions and suspicions at me as an individual
\nshould be advised\u2014 I am not here to prove anything to anyone and I
\nam not the issue.\u00a0The issue is the information. The facts. The<\/b>
\ntimeline. The fraud.<\/b>\u00a0Everyone in receipt of the information has the
\nbasic tools necessary to research these matters for themselves and
\nthey are fully invited to perform their own due diligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Numerous people from around the world have been contacting me and
\nasking for help related to their own governments. The basics of what
\nwe have learned (at least to our satisfaction) is that the System was
\nintroduced in England in 1867 by Benjamin D\u2019israeli, with legislation
\nresulting in the \u201cenfranchisement\u201d of English workers.At the time, this was hailed as a good thing by English Labor Union\u00a0leaders and other Progressives who were deceived into thinking that\u00a0the \u201cright to vote\u201d was an advancement of the position of the working\u00a0class. It was in fact a means of further and officially enslaving the
\nworking class by a process of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you look up the legal meaning of the word \u201cregistration\u201d you will
\nlearn that\u00a0anytime you register something you are giving it or some<\/b>
\naspect of it up to the ownership or control of the entity keeping the<\/b>
\nregistration.<\/b>\u00a0It is not the same as publicly recording an ownership
\ninterest in a piece of property, for example.Thus, when you\u00a0\u201cregister to vote\u201d<\/b>\u00a0you give up your natural right to\u00a0elect your leaders and in effect hand your proxy over to whomever cares<\/span><\/p>\n

to\u00a0exercise it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The word\u00a0\u201cenfranchisement\u201d<\/b>\u00a0relates to this undisclosed registration
\nprocess, too, in terms of\u00a0\u201cenfranchised voters\u201d<\/b>, but more darkly, it
\nis used in the context of\u00a0incorporation<\/b>\u2014- and that is what D\u2019israeli
\naimed at with the Acts of Parliament involving\u00a0Enfranchisement<\/b>.Think of large corporations that are operating in your various
\ncountries that have\u00a0local franchises<\/b>. In America, it might be
\nMcDonald\u2019s or Dairy Queen or Sears. These\u00a0corporate franchises<\/b>\u00a0are
\nobligated to be pretty much in lock-step with their national and
\ninternational parent corporations and they operate under\u00a0franchise<\/b>
\nlicenses<\/b>.Anytime you see the word\u00a0\u201clicense\u201d<\/b>\u00a0be aware that it is official
\npermission to do something that would otherwise be illegal\u2014 in this
\ncase,\u00a0the franchises receive the license to use the name, logo,<\/b>
\nrecipes, products, etc., of the franchising corporation<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does it mean to\u00a0\u201cenfranchise\u201d<\/b>\u00a0a human being, in this sense of
\n\u201cenfranchisement\u201d<\/b>?<\/span><\/p>\n

It means to reduce you to an incorporated thing, a subsidiary subject
\nto the whims of corporate management. It means enslavement, body and
\nsoul. In supposedly equitable exchange you receive the benefit of
\nvoting for your slave masters and whatever privileges they give you,
\nthe right to be taxed and regulated to death, the right to be
\nconscripted, the right to pay for a million dollar life insurance
\npolicy with the parent corporation named as your beneficiary, and so
\nmany other so-called\u00a0\u201cbenefits\u201d<\/b>\u00a0it hardly pays to name them.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is what we have been dealing with. Thanks to Benjamin D\u2019israeli
\nand a besotted Queen Victoria.<\/span><\/p>\n

It also means that the banks, the Bar Associations, the Lords of the
\nAdmiralty and the Lord Mayor and the Queen engaged in a systematic
\nprogram of press-ganging land assets into the international
\njurisdiction of the sea. This crime has been outlawed\u2014utterly
\noutlawed worldwide\u2014 for 200 years. It carries the death penalty and
\nthey did it anyway, using a pathetic excuse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once they had\u00a0\u201cconverted\u201d<\/b>\u00a0all the living people and their estate
\ninterests into\u00a0franchises<\/b>\u00a0of the various governmental services
\ncorporations, they could claim that they were justified in their
\nactions because there is no law against enslaving a corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In actual practice and fact, of course, they did enslave the living
\npeople and all their private property assets. This is how they were
\nable to enforce\u00a0\u201cSelective Service\u201d<\/b>\u00a0and other forms of\u00a0\u201cThe Draft\u201d<\/b>
\nduring the Second World War. This is how they have been able to spend
\nuncontrollably and rack up huge amounts of\u00a0odious debt<\/b>\u00a0against the
\ncivilian populace.<\/span><\/p>\n

By registering your birth, seizing control of your name, and creating
\nall sorts of\u00a0corporate franchises<\/b>\u00a0benefiting their own corporations
\nnamed after you\u2014 they\u2013the bankers and lawyers and politicians
\neffectively stole your identity and your credit cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now we come to the issue of Odious Debt.\u00a0Odious Debt is debt created<\/b>
\nby fraud of which the victims are unaware and from which they do not<\/b>
\nbenefit.<\/b>\u00a0Much of the so-called \u201cNational Debts\u201d around the world are
\nthis form of debt, and\u00a0Odious Debt is not collectible.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

It must be written off and forgiven.<\/b>\u00a0This is what is behind Pope
\nFrancis\u2019s declaration of an\u00a0International Year of Jubilee<\/b>\u00a0beginning
\nDecember 8, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond that, we also come to the issue of National Credit. All these
\nfiat money systems have been operated as debt-credit systems.\u00a0Every<\/b>
\ntime you create a debt in such a system you also create a credit.<\/b>
\nTherefore, every\u00a0National Debt<\/b>\u00a0is counterbalanced by a\u00a0National<\/b>
\nCredit<\/b>. Why have you never heard about\u00a0your National Credit<\/b>, only your
\nNational Debt?Because the perpetrators fully intended to leave the working people
\nholding the bag while they siphoned off and absconded with not only
\nthe National Credit owed<\/b>, but the underlying actual physical assets as
\nwell.They won\u2019t be able to do that now, because now you know the truth
\nabout \u201cNational Debts\u201d and how those National Debts were accrued by
\ncredit fraud,\u00a0and you also know that you are owed an equal National<\/b>
\nCredit<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, everyone worldwide needs a lesson in the mechanisms of
\nfraudulent convertible debt. A fraudulent convertible debt is a debt
\ncreated by fraud that is converted into new ownership and used by the
\nperpetrators as investment capital. The most typical example is the
\nbilling you receive every month for electrical service (at least in
\nAmerica this is true).<\/span><\/p>\n

What appears to be a bill comes addressed to YOUR NAME in capital
\nletters and your address. Unknown to you, this \u201cbilling statement\u201d
\nisn\u2019t really a true bill and it isn\u2019t addressed to you. It is
\naddressed to a franchise of a governmental services corporation and
\nthe \u201cstatement\u201d is actually a voucher allowing you to cash in a<\/b>
\n\u201cdividend\u201d equal to the amount shown as due and owing<\/b>\u2014 but of course,
\nyou are never told this and you are never told how to fill out the
\ncoupon for credit. Instead, if you don\u2019t submit payment you are
\nthreatened with disconnection, and in this way, you are coerced into
\npaying the bills of a governmental services corporation\u2019s franchise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, the utility company submits the bill each month directly<\/b>
\nto the \u201cgovernment\u201d and gets paid for servicing the franchise.<\/b>\u00a0That\u2019s
\npayment Number One. Then they send you a billing statement and coerce
\nyou to pay it.\u00a0That\u2019s payment Number Two.<\/b>\u00a0They establish a \u201ccapital
\ncredits account\u201d in YOUR name and deposit your payment in that
\naccount. They then use that money as investment capital benefiting
\ntheir utility company and prevent you from accessing the capital
\ncredit account you funded. In some cases, the utilities are so crooked
\nthey set the \u201ccapital credits\u201d aside and later claim that they are
\n\u201cunclaimed funds\u201d and abscond with them directly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraudulent convertible debt always involves a double-dipping system<\/b>
\nin which a charge gets paid for twice by different parties.<\/b>\u00a0In effect,
\nit gets you, the consumer, both coming and going. You are on the hook
\nto pay for the \u201cgovernment\u2019s debts\u201d \u2014 so as a group you paid for
\npayment Number One, and as an individual you were forced to provide
\npayment Number Two as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

The same exact system of fraudulent convertible debt is used
\nthroughout the mortgage industry. When you create a mortgage, it is
\nnever credited to you\u2014 it is registered in YOUR NAME\u2014 as being
\nowned by a government franchise operated under your name, but not
\nbelonging to you. Remember that\u00a0the governmental services corporation<\/b>
\nis the owner of YOUR NAME<\/b>, which is\u00a0the incorporated franchise<\/b>\u00a0they
\nare running for their own benefit under your name without your
\nknowledge or consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

So you walk in to close what you are told is a loan being made to you,
\nand what happens?\u00a0The bank takes your Promissory Note, which has<\/b>
\nActual Cash Value, just like a stack of bank notes, and they cash it.<\/b>
\nThat\u2019s payment Number One<\/b>, charged off against \u201cthe government\u201d, which
\nof course passes the entire cost back to you and your brethren in the
\nform of taxation. Then the bankers come back under false pretense that
\nthey actually loaned you something, and demand that you pay them back
\nprincipal and interest for thirty years and claim that you also owe
\nthem a security interest in your property (which you gave them, albeit
\nunder conditions of fraud and deceit and non-disclosure) which they
\ncan\u00a0foreclose upon if you fail to perform.\u00a0That\u2019s payment Number Two<\/b>\u2014so,
\nin effect,\u00a0the banks charge you once, then charge you twice, plus<\/b>
\ninterest, plus a security interest that is undeserved\u2014and you fund<\/b>
\nall of it<\/b>. You fund the first payment through your taxes to the
\n\u201cgovernment\u201d and you fund the second through more of your labor
\n\u201cdonated\u201d to the account of YOUR NAME and what really, did you
\nreceive?<\/span><\/p>\n

You received access to credit in a bank account held in YOUR NAME,
\nbut not actually belonging to you, and you spent that credit on a home
\nand property that is recorded in YOUR NAME but which doesn\u2019t actually
\nbelong to you, either.\u00a0Both the purported debt and the property belong<\/b>
\nto the governmental services corporation\u2019s franchise.<\/b>\u00a0You are just an
\nunpaid volunteer, doing all the work and producing all the credit to
\nfund these operations, for the benefit of the franchise.
\nIt\u2019s more usury, only this time, owing to the interest payments and
\nsecurity interest, it\u2019s more like\u00a0quadruple dipping<\/b>\u00a0than double
\ndipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

And all this blatant fraud based on semantic deceits and coercion and
\nracketeering and deceptively similar names has gone on under the noses
\nof all those you trusted to regulate banking and securities, precisely
\nbecause the banks were running the \u201cgovernmental services
\ncorporations\u201d behind the scenes and were \u201cregulating themselves.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

So what is the answer? Other than becoming aware yourself, spread the
\nword. There will be too many of us for them to silence and once people
\nknow what went on, they will be stuck for it.<\/span><\/p>\n

And what to do about replacing these criminal enterprises
\nmasquerading as governments? Well, we all know how our governments are
\nsupposed to be operated and by whom, and for most of us, that means we
\nhave to get involved.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Americans are busy restoring their actual government on the land
\njurisdiction of the Continental United States. It\u2019s our understanding
\nthat Mrs. Merkel is doing her best in Germany and that numerous other
\nheads of state are grappling with the facts and trying to bring remedy
\nwithout bloodshed or disruption. Help them. We are informing the
\nmembers of Congress that they have been elected to private corporate
\noffices instead of public offices which they are meant to serve and
\nthat this has been accomplished by fraud and deceit. They have to
\nchoose their true allegiance and accept their true elected office in
\norder to serve and represent the interests of the Continental United
\nStates as deputies and fiduciary officers\u2014-and they otherwise have
\nno capability to enter into any valid contract in our behalf or claim
\nto represent anyone but themselves and their own little group of
\ncronies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meantime back home we are occupying the vacated public offices we are
\nowed and we are operating our state and county governments as judges,
\nsheriffs, bailiffs, clerks, legislators, and many other public offices
\nunder American Common Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Action is moving forward on an international basis to end the
\ncriminality, expose the fraud, and bring relief. Please keep your
\nminds and hearts fixed upon what is good and right and just, and
\nrealize that the vast majority of the people who have been employed by
\nthese corporations have been innocent of the evil they have
\nunwittingly done. Even many lawyers and judges are completely unaware
\nthat they were doing anything wrong. To echo Jesus Christ, \u201cForgive
\nthem, for they know not what they do.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013\u2014although they are going to learn very shortly, and be offered a choice!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

In closing, I would like to paraphrase King George V \u2014 \u201cKeep calm
\nand get even.\u201d Don\u2019t give way to rage or violence of any kind. Realize
\nthat your grievances have been fully documented and proven and that
\nthe Mills of God grind slowly but exceedingly fine. Those who are
\ntruly guilty cannot escape, those who have acted in error must be
\nforgiven, and the innocent who have suffered will in the end be
\nblessed by their own patience and kindness.<\/span><\/p>\n
