While it\u2019s hardly shocking that mainstream media targeted Jon Stewart\u2019s latest jab – in which he described Donald Trump as a \u201cman-baby\u201d – the mainstream media establishment mouthpiece virtually ignored his lambasting of Hillary Clinton.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cWhat I think about Hillary Clinton is, you know \u2026 I imagine [her] to be a very bright woman \u2026 without the courage of her convictions \u2014 \u2018cause I\u2019m not even sure what they are,\u201d<\/em> Stewart told<\/a> David Axelrod for his podcast,The Axe<\/em>, to which the audience erupted in applause.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Though the slam represented more than corporate media has managed thus far during the former secretary of state\u2019s troubled run for the presidency, Jon Stewart took the description to a hilarious next level. For reference, Magic Johnson once had a talk show that ultimately failed because \u2026 well \u2026 witness Stewart\u2019s comparison of Johson to Hillary:<\/p>\n \u201cMagic Johnson was a charming individual, but he wasn\u2019t a talk show host \u2026 so, he would sit and he would go, [Stewart affected a flat tone here] \u2018Uh, my first guest tonight \u2026 my first guest tonight is [with lots of enthusiasm] CHER, everybody!\u2019 But he never seemed authentic and real to his personality. It seemed like he was wearing an outfit designed by someone else for someone else to be someone else, and that is not to say that [Clinton] is not preferable to Donald Trump \u2014 <\/em>because at this point, I would vote for Mr. T over Donald Trump. But I think she will be in big trouble if she can\u2019t find a way, and maybe I\u2019m wrong. Maybe a real person doesn\u2019t exist underneath there. I don\u2019t know.<\/em>\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Axelrod then asked the former host of the Daily Show<\/em> about Clinton\u2019s appearance as a guest \u2014 and the criticism continued:<\/p>\n\n
